I can't say enough good things about Volunteer Window Tinting! I called and spoke directly with…read moreDavid, the owner, who was incredibly helpful and accommodating. He quickly coordinated an appointment to tint my girlfriend's Highlander as a special birthday surprise. While we were there, I decided to add a windshield tint to my car (which had a brand-new windshield installed recently), and they knocked it out perfectly. His daughter Khloe at the front desk was an absolute pleasure to deal with--friendly, professional, and made the whole experience even better. I love supporting family-owned businesses like this one, and it really shows in their attention to detail and customer care. As a bonus, I picked up some BullSnot detailing sprays while I was there, and that stuff works amazingly well! The team did excellent work on both vehicles, and they had everything finished in under 2 hours. Highly recommended--if you're in Knoxville, this is the place to go for top-notch window tinting!

I stopped in today to check on having a new strip of tint added to my windshield since they were…read morethe ones who installed it initially. The old tint was fine, but I had just had the windshield replaced which resulted in the tint being gone. Unfortunately, they weren't able to fit me in because of my tight schedule (totally not their fault) and their heavy workload, but it prompted me to go onto Yelp and leave a review anyway. I'm by no means a recent customer. I found my card they gave me for my warranty, and the install date was in April of 2012. My tint still looks like they just installed it yesterday, and I've done nothing to maintain it except maybe use the glass cleaner that says it's for auto glass. That's it. There's been no bubbling or peeling of any kind since it was installed. You can definitely trust their work here.

I paid extra for the ceramic and that was a bad idea. He couldn't keep appointments to fix his "work". He stopped returning my texts and wouldn't honor his word to fix any issues it issue a refund. He got me for $325 but Its not worth a bad reputation.

The price was very fair and I couldn't be any happier. They are the best and I always give them a glowing recommendation to everyone.
