I had an extremely disappointing experience with Shack Shine and **do not recommend** this company to anyone looking for reliable, professional service. We hired them to clean our windows, but it took **FIVE separate visits in attempt to "fix" their terrible job.--and even after all of that, the windows were **still dirty**. Instead of delivering quality work the first time, their workers kept coming back, wasting our time while failing to get the job done properly. Multiple emails and phone calls asking for a refund and no one took credibility or even bothered to respond to our emails. To make matters worse, we gave them a large tip before inspecting the work, assuming they had done a thorough job. **Big mistake.** Not only did they leave our windows in poor condition, but they also **damaged our skylight** and never informed us about it--we were the ones who had to discover it ourselves and notify the company! This level of carelessness and dishonesty is completely unacceptable. We reached out for a refund on our tip, and will continue to push for an appropriate resolution.
