This is something that the hospitals don't provide. The Ambulance company in Bay City wanted an unreasonable amount of money and insurance wouldn't pay for this service. I was given a fair price for the ambulance service and my Mother-in-law was on her way home within the hour! I highly recommend this company for all of your medical transportation needs!

Caroline is on top of every aspect of care, she takes detailed notes, follows up on every question, and it's reassuring to know that she is there. The expected length of stay was two months, and my spouse was able to be discharged in one month due to the speed of his wound healing. We had heard from other healthcare professionals as well as friends whose relatives had been here about the quality of nursing wound care. The nurses are great. Christina and Brittany did most of his care during the days, with Sandra and Laura providing care most of the nights. You know you are at a good place when the ADON does hands-on nursing care too (thank you, Kelley!). It's lovely not having to worry about all those details. This has been an excellent experience.
