It is unbelievable how much they don't care about the patient. I have had so many issues with…read morescheduling my appointments. I will schedule one, and then they will call me to cancel or they scheduled it wrong. This is affecting my work because I live in Wharton where he is located, but I work in Houston. When they cancel on my appointments, they do not care at all. I had a teeth cleaning appointment scheduled for a month and it was right before my wedding and they called and cancelled because Dr. Pinkston decided to go on vacation. Then they said there were no more cleaning appointments available. I now have to find another dentist, which I will probably stick with and not return to Dr. Pinkson's office. No not go there because they do not care about the patient.
