When they cancel on my appointments, they do not care at all. I had a teeth cleaning appointment scheduled for a month and it was right before my wedding and they called and cancelled because Dr. Pinkston decided to go on vacation. Then they said there were no more cleaning appointments available. I now have to find another dentist, which I will probably stick with and not return to Dr. Pinkson's office. No not go there because they do not care about the patient.

The overall vibe here is small-town in the worst way: outdated, uncomfortable, and seemingly proud of it. The dentists themselves are shockingly inappropriate. One of the dentists told my husband, that he just met, that he was going to spank him if he didn't brush better. They're also overbooked, disorganized, and way too busy to be giving quality care. Even though I had confirmed my appointment ahead of time, they texted me at 5:15 pm the night before my 9:00 am appointment asking if I wanted to reschedule. Between the staff, inappropriate comments, outdated atmosphere, and chaotic scheduling, I can confidently say I won't be back.
