The quality of instructors has a quality mix to it, but most were very good. Also, if you like an instructor, you can try to schedule more lessons with that specific instructor, which was helpful. It can be difficult to find lessons when and where you want, but if you book far enough ahead of time, you can generally find several reasonable options. General communications: Every time we called the company for help, they were very responsive and always friendly. Overall, I would say our experience was very positive, and I would use them again if I need to and would recommend them.

There is nothing open. You can't get a license without completing the 6 hours of instruction, but it's impossible to do. We've been on a waiting list for months and have yet to get an appointment. I wonder if I'm going to have to file suit against them since they can't complete their end of the agreement.

My…read morepoor granddaughter used her own money to sign up for the Astick Driving School program to prepare for getting her drivers license. Based off her experience DON'T DO IT! On her first day her driving instructor was absolutely mean! Told her to place her hands in incorrect positions on the steering wheel...at the bottom of the wheel! He then told her that while turning she could not use hand over hand turning but that she had to turn using a single hand spinning the wheel! Then, they got a flat tire and the instructor apparently did not know how to change it so instead of getting her full lesson 45 minutes of the lesson was used by getting the tire changed while my granddaughter was told to sit in the back seat. For her second lesson she prayed to not get the same instructor again but, when she went out to her assigned car guess who the instructor was...the same mean guy! I waited for her in the lot until her lesson was over and they returned. Upon return my granddaughter got into my car absolutely sobbing because again the instructor was so harsh and mean to her. Now, be advised, it takes a lot to bring my granddaughter to tears. I asked her if she wanted me to go in and speak with them and she begged me to just leave...that all she wanted to do was to leave and go home. It took the entire trip home for her to calm down she said she never wanted to go back. After these first two incidents it took her awhile to arrange for her third class but finally, she did. Thankfully, for her third class she finally got a different instructor! I don't know what sort of business they think they are operating! Hiring instructors who are cruel is not a good way to handle any sort of business! My suggestion to anyone planning to use Astick for their child's driving instruction is to go elsewhere! If I could give negative stars...I would!

For as much as you pay for this course they never have road hours available. The only options…read moreavailable would be to go an hour out of your way to drive with a different locations instructor...but you can't actually schedule with the other locations because then they say they're not sure there is an instructor for those hours showing. Id like my money back so we can do this process at a school that will complete the process.

My parents took drivers ed for free in school and they told me about the simulators. But most schools no longer do that and have farmed it out to the private sector, which is where we all get ripped off. That said, this one was more useless than others my friends told me about. The instructors would repeat themselves ad nauseum, and it was difficult to stay awake. 30 hours of instruction could be whittled down to 5 or 6 hours easily. Then when it finally came time to schedule in-car sessions, the only available times were early in the morning. Who wants to wake up at 6 a.m. to drive? And the instructors were late and would have us run errands. If you have to do this to get a license, which we do and that is THE problem, shop around. At least find one with accessible driving times.

They always make us feel comfortable every lesson and teach you everything they know about driving and the road without any hesitations. We really learned a lot from them. Ruben was a very good instructor from our driving educational course, you will know that he's doing it for a long time cause he's very professional. Thanks also to the pretty lady in front desk for always being nice and informative in assisting with our paper works. If you are looking for a good driving school, I would recommend this 100%!!!
