He was responsive to our inquiries over the phone, accommodating to our schedule (these properties being vacation homes coupled with our living 140 miles distant from them) and extremely knowledgeable about his product offerings which he demonstrated by his showing us various options and then making solid recommendations on the value and esthetics of each shade. Not only was his pricing well below our expectations, but the speed at which he was able to complete the project was only outdone by how nice and pleasant a man he is. He was respectful of our home and its furnishings and, upon meeting him personally, seemed so trustworthy that I readily handed the keys of our 2 homes to him without a single reservation so that he could get to work on on his task of placing the most beautiful and professionally designed blinds we could have ever hoped for.
