My husband requested the carne asada fries as usual, we ordered a quesadilla, a side of rice and a side of beans, and I opted to try a torta this time. You really can't go wrong with the quesadilla, rice, and beans. They are consistently good. Really the rice is the best part for me! The torta was okay. I would think about trying it again. I am briefly in town and needed a place for a quick bite to eat. Beto's popped up right around the corner from where I was, so I took a chance. The service was friendly, my food came out very quickly, and the portions are very good sized. You have the option to either dine in, take out or drive through. I decided to give this place another shot for breakfast burritos as it's right around the corner from me. But I don't think I'll be coming back. My mixed breakfast burrito was probably 95% potatoes, not sure it had any bacon, and had what looked like to be 1 egg. Beto's is that place you go when it's 1 am and nothing else is open, or when you're craving a huge burrito but don't want to spend a lot of money. I think this particular Beto's is very clean, the employees are pleasant, and it's not super busy so you can get your food quickly. They also have a nice salsa bar that has three different salsas as well as other toppings, and I have to say that everything tastes fresh when I have gone in the afternoon and even when I have visited past midnight. I think many of their menu options are affordable, and pretty tasty. I wouldn't say it's the most authentic Mexican food but it is flavorful and not just drowned in cheese like many other restaurants do. read more

When this place opened they did a good job with there food and I enjoyed the condiment table with fresh cilantro, red radishes, jalapeño/onion/carrot blend, red and green tamattilo sauces, a clean soda bar, Jamaica, Spanish blended drinks, flans, tacos and burritos. Fast forward a couple years and it's just mediocre food with high, non competitive price's that would make you say it's time to go some place else, pay less and receive better service and food. They had little to no rush most the time (I understand if they did) so the food prep and delivery could definitely use some work. Dining in, unless you have no other option. A mexican style fast food chain that makes delicious burritos and more. Went through the drive through and experience was "okay". Didn't know what to get so asked them for a minute and they said okay. When i was ready they told me to hold on. I had no problem waiting but did take a few minutes before they came back to me. The food is made fresh so the food always comes hot. The horchata is very delicious and the california burrito is my go to. The carne asada is also one of my go to. The meat is well flavored and very tender. They go big on their stuffing so you'll never leave hungry. read more

I ordered steak nachos with chips on the side since we're quarantined so when I arrived home the chips wouldn't be soggy. When I opened the bag it was a mess, everything spilled. I called them, in a polite way told her she needed to package the heavy stuff on the bottom and chips on top because it tipped over and spilled everywhere, her answer was "that's your fault because when I gave it to you it wasn't spilled". I was going to eat it but her lack of customer service and argument ticked me off, I brought the food back and asked for a refund, she asked "for what"?. I give them a possible 1 Star. To begin, my order was wrong which was a Carne Asada plate. I called the location an they could've cared less which was frustrating. My (1) tortilla which comes with the order (not 2) literally was ripped in half. I spoke with management and they told me maybe you can tape it back together cracker. So I told them, I'll pursue this and find who the owner is. I will never eat at a fast chain restaurants similar to this one again. I ordered 3 platters $30.00 worth of food and it was awful!! we ordered the smothered burritos and there was a few pieces of meat on top and a few pieces in the center and RICE!! I paid $30. for dry rice burritos. I was so upset it was the night of a major snow storm and there were NO MANAGERS or ANYBODY I could speak to. I literally called for 4 days to speak with someone and finally got a hold of a manager and he told me I had to bring back what was left from 4 days ago so he could help me. I told him It was gone (Who saves food for 4 days seriously) he said if I didn't bring back the food that was messed up he could not help me. I asked to speak to the owner, of course not there either and un able to get a hold of!! I called him for 3 more days, finally left a message to have him call me.. Nothing!! he never even tried..
