As an adult who never had braces Dr Beth and her incredible staff were able to help me get the smile of my dreams. I was too afraid to get them as a child but now as an adult they have helped me through each step and make sure I am comfortable and confident. Because Let's be honest braces at a prime time like 26 is not ideal but they have made the experience incredible and manageable. Their office is very clean and organized which is important for myself. As far as scheduling they are very accommodating and whenever I have a poking wire they make sure to get me into the schedule so that I am comfortable and not in pain. Put simply, skip this place and look for another orthodontist. I have been coming here for about 2.5 years now. Dr. Beth is ok as a clinician and managing the plan of care. However the bulk of the work done in this practice is provided by the dental assistants. From my experience thus far few of them here posses clinical reasoning skills. For example, if you are doing an impression of a patients teeth with the biscuit batter material and the method in which you are performing this is having the person hold there head in an upright position looking up at the ceiling and they show signs of choking and verbally tell you they are choking maybe you should alter the method. This happened to me with Lindsay and then another Dental assistant came and got it done in an altered method that didnt result in me choking and gagging. So many problems over the course of these two years to list on a review. Ultimately I think they are use to children or individuals that dont hold them accountable or to a high standard of care so they are pretty willy neely with how they treat you. I.e. being aggressive with removing or applying the tie downs and brackets. Or utilizing instruments to perform scanning of your teeth and if you express pain or discomfort they become annoyed and literally start raising there voice at you. Yes that's you Lindsey. Finally I had a retainer fracture on me and was looking to get in on emergency since my braces are off. They tell me no you need to wait for your appointment due to them not having a schedule vist avaliable for today. Hmm wierd bc I'm pretty sure I have sat in the chair waiting for 30 plus minutes on a few occasions due to people coming in unscheduled for a consult. So you can make time for potential new patients but not the ones that have an emergency and need a retainer to stop teeth movement before the final phase of my implant procedure. Not quality patient care in many phases of this buisness. So if your an adult with expectations of care for your self or your children expand your search else where. read more

My sibling and I grew up barely having any dental work/cleaning. Growing up I was bullied, teased, and humiliated because of extreme overbite and bucked teeth & Crowding. I covered my mouth when i smiled, held my head down, and often came home crying. my heart broke daily. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I went to Beth to get braces on, beth told me I didn't need to see a dentist BEFOR getting the braces on, so she put the braces on then I was sent to a dentist after months of having my braces on my dentist told me I need to stop the treatment that the braces should not have Ben put on without seeing a dentist first. Now beth is wanting me to pay over 600$ just to remove brackets and until then even tho I am not receiving any type of treatment they are expecting me to pay for the full treatment of the braces. What I got from this experience is all Beth is looking for is to make money. She did not care what's so ever about the quality of my dental health or care about me as a patient all she saw was a paycheck. read more

I got my first 6 trays three weeks after the initial appointment. The second appointment to place "attachments" last roughly 45'. Two of my attachments fell off that same day, but that is not why I gave this experience three stars. When I realized that two attachments fell off as I was eating, I called the office to see what I should do about it. Jessica told me that it was ok to wait until my next appointment, which was six weeks later. I listened to her, and didn't think about replacing the missing attachments again. My first week of Invisalign was bad. Because of the missing attachments, trays didn't fit/ sit well on my teeth. I couldn't say words properly. I almost gave up on Invisalign as it felt like the trays could fall out if I weren't careful when I talked. My work involves lots of communication. I decided to call the office back to ask about the missing attachments. Shelby told me that I needed to come back as soon as possible. It is so much better when I have all the attachments as supposed to!! Trays fit right, and they don't affect my speech anymore. Another reason for this three star review is that Clinchek was not offered at my second appointment. I did some research on Invisalign, and Clinchek was one of most exciting features. read more

This is simply from me, a partner who financially dealt with this office re: my partner's invisalign. Dr. Beth told my partner she would be done with Invisalign in about 2 yrs, but ended up being 3.5 year procdue to Dr. Beth not being attentive to my partner's concerns on her attachments falling out and Dr. not replacing them, adjusting some invisalign trays thus creating the teeth to backtrack some months that eventually led to an unforseen extended process. We were fortunate enough to pay in full around year 1.5-2 yrs and this is when all these issues started happening. We paid in full trusting she would keep her word on the contract and make my partner's teeth uncrooked. At the last moment, she dismissed my partner's concerns along with NO RETAINERS. This office was paid in full and left us with an incomplete service. Utterly disgusted, disappointed and I highly do not recommend this unprofessional business. read more

Update: I went yesterday for my adjustment to find out for the last couple months they gave me the wrong bands. The most frustrating part of it is that I asked my last couple adjustments if these were the right bands because they didn't feel right. So now my right side is almost aligned but my left side is not. So I'm getting my braces removed with my bite not being correct. While she did ask if I wanted to correct my smile at this point I don't trust them, especially if they're giving me the wrong bands. It's unnecessary for me to have to wear them this long. read more

Okay this will be a two part review. I am in my 30's and getting braces for the second time, because I didn't wear my retainers. Review 1: I went for a free consultation to see options for straightening my teeth and prices. I made an appointment a month later but they could have put them on right then and there. I decided to get the old school braces and then last minute upgraded to clear or ceramic braces. This was not an issue since they have everything you need in house. This places is so great they will even make me extra retainers!!! They set me up with payment plans and expect these braces off in 8-10 months. Beth and her staff were kind and knowledgeable. I had normal pain for about four days and took over the counter pain pills. I look forward to my next visit for tightening and even more forward to getting these off for my final review. Review 2: Wow! Every appointment they were on time! The estimated time of braces was perfect. I felt like family with the staff!! I was in GREAT hands when I saw Dr. Beth, Lindsay, Jessica, Holly and Cynthia! Thanks for making my smile bigger. My dentist will be happy when my cleanings don't take forever. I just finished my 18 months treatment with DR. Beth and I couldn't be happier with the results. She is very detailed and made sure that my teeth are aligned at the end of my treament as well as sufficient space for an implant procedure for my missing teeth. I never write bad reviews. But this time had to. I want to keep it short as possible Because I can go on and on about how this was such a bad experience. Let me start by saying, do your research and take your time looking for a good ortho. I just took a referral from my dentist trusting her judgment with out doing any research (first mistake). I came in for Invisalign of course it's not cheap. Let's just make it clear that this was the such a waste of my money and most importantly time that I won't get back. My teeth look exactly the same maybe even worse since I have stains from the braces that we later added for 3 months because she said my contract was coming to an end and she didn't think the Invisalign would correct my teeth in 3 months. So I was ok with having her put the braces in that later stained my teeth. She also never explained anything about braces to me had to google it on my own! Furthermore, the first day that the braces were installed a bracket fell out of my mouth and I almost swallowed it. Additionally the wiring was loose in my mouth and cut the inside of my cheek. I called back to let Dr. Beth know and I was told that she was too busy to schedule me in for an appointment and that the next appointment would be approximately three weeks down the line. Once again this happened the same day that she installed the braces she made no attempt to accommodate me or take care of the solution I had to ask my father to grab pliers and cut the wire so we didn't damage the inside of my mouth further. Once she took off my braces my teeth didn't look any different. I told her I wasn't happy and she didn't seem like she cared to find a solution to make her patient and paying customer happy. We went along and added the permanent retainers, and right away I felt my tooth shifting and I let her know she responded with "I can glue the retainer to your teeth but it may still shift!" With that being said I told her not to proceed if it's not going to help me in the long run. Overall this experience was a waste of money and many months of my time. Dr Beth seems to be inconsiderate please don't make the same mistake as I did and do your research. read more

Excellent service, such wonderful staff! Everyone is so nice and always smiling. They treat 3/4 of my kids for braces and they are doing so well. They have a rewards points program that gives the kids points for free prizes based on how well they keep their teeth clean and how often they come. The office is well kept, sanitary and well designed. There's a refrigerator with free refreshments in the waiting room if you need a drink. I highly recommend them! Dr beth and her crew are great. I started Invisalign a while ago, & chose it because I had several extractions and had gaps. With Invisalign they can make extra spaces & color them in so my gaps wouldn't show. Fast forward a couple years, Invisalign didn't work out for me bc you have to take your trays out every time you eat and clean them. It is very time consuming and you can easily not put them back in, which in the long run only ends up hurting more when you do. I switched to traditional braces and id recommend it over Invisalign. It's less painful, less stressful, and will probably be a faster process. Dr beth has been more than accommodating and understanding. Her and her staff are all really nice.
