It's full of mature roses of all sorts mixed with other perennials, well designed and maintained with obvious care. I thought I'd spend ten minutes walking though it and was there for over an hour. This free garden is a real bargain and a treasure for Bethlehem. If I lived there, I'd go walking there every day. Kudos to whoever took on this project and made this delightful garden!

I really wish they would clean it up! Experience overall is great but I'm giving it a one star for their bathroom facilities because I cannot go here with a young child anymore. Once they need to use the bathroom, we have to leave and use our own.

The park is well-kept and clean and it's a perfect afternoon or morning walk that is not too long. I think it's about 1.85 miles long if you do the whole track. But it has a nice little pavilion where you can barbecue and probably have a little get together. Lots of grass. The pathway is made of recycled, shredded rubber from tires I believe. It gives you a nice soft, cushiony feel when you walk. Throughout that trail you will see different exercise systems, that will help your exercise regime throughout. Incredible park to visit!

Many people complain that they want it back to where it was -over groomed and mowed -however, we know better these days and people need to be immersed in nature in its true form and wildlife needs a safe place to thrive Only complaint is the litter left behind. Particularly by the fisherman. Empty hook bags, Styrofoam, worm, cups, and long dangerous strands of fishing line endangering wildlife. The labor hours saved from the former excess mowing & maintenance can be used to provide extra trash cans and have them emptied regularly

My only suggestion would be for them to put up a visual map…read moreof the trail because we made the mistake of going from one end, down to the bridge and didn't realize the the trail abruptly ends (we were left in a situation where we had to turn back or continue on to an area that was without a sidewalk and maybe may not have been as safe possibly - we thought maybe the sidewalk might pick back up so we continued on and thankfully we're safe though we had to walk in the road a little due to a bit of a muddy situation). I hope they will possibly make the trail a loop around the creek to the bridge and the Silk center one day if that's possible to make the trek a bit nicer and safer. Also - I imagine that putting up a sound barrier might be very cost prohibitive so walkers should be aware that there's a section that goes close to the highway and is fairly noisy. Overall, I enjoyed my day & seeing the art installations and would recommend it as a place for others to visit.

Just be aware that there are times that the lot does get full; however there is street parking. I was surprised that we had no difficulty with parking today. It was such a gorgeous, dry late Sunday morning. For parents with babies and young children in strollers (and for other "pet parents" using strollers) I have a beagle who has difficulty walking. She needs a stroller so I have brought her many times with it.... I don't have difficulty on the walking paths or in the parking lot... it's very easy for me which is so nice. It means I can bring both dogs with me alone at times (today was a super bonus because my husband walked our other pup). As far as wheelchair accessibility, I need to check it out more carefully next time. Having spent only a small amount of time in a wheelchair a few decades ago - I can relate to how difficult it can be to get around. I am pretty sure it's very easily accessible. I will check everything when I go back... The restrooms are pretty clean most of the time. It's nice that they are there!! There are many benches throughout the park. It's hard not to be "in the moment" and "mindful" while at this park. There's so much beauty. Today we saw many ducks swimming. And the sunlight against the bright blue sky...... Didn't want to leave!!

Well maintained paved walking and biking loops of varying lengths and elevation provide a customizable outdoor experience. If you arrive early in the morning you're sure to run into friendly local fauna who call this place home. Find Trexler's cabin at one of the trail forks, and head up the hill to find a monument to the man himself. There are no picnic tables around but there are ample benches for resting and taking in the sights, and there is a public bathroom near the parking lot.
