As for Clovey P.'s previous posting referencing Lighthouse Fitness and the trainer she was assigned to, she had ever opportunity to address the issues she had regarding her trainer in the times that she was under contract. To choose this time, seemingly years after the fact, to address this in a public format to slander someone that she contracted to train her is not only bad but shows the lack of personal discretion and class. She violated the Yelp! Policies of conduct by mentioning an individual by their full name, in essence doxing him, and is doing everything she can to try to affect his livelihood. The trainer mentioned has been my personal trainer for several years, prior to the pandemic beginning, and has done everything he can to work with everyone that is assigned to him and has worked with my personal schedule on several occasions because...life. nothing that she mentioned is believable since it is behavior that I have never seen him exhibit during my time training with him when there are MANY people in the gym wearing form fitting workout apparel. Her stated personal appearance issues could have easily been addressed with the trainer ot management at the time that she was under contract since these are issues that should be addressed at the lowest and most direct level possible. She could have easily requested an alternate trainer much like anyone could request an alternate medical professional should they feel uncomfortable. This person should be flagged for their inappropriate posting and if they still have a contract with the gym, then it should be terminated post-haste to prevent further detrimental attacks of character to other workers. She needs to grow up and learn that she should adjust to the world, use her voice, and stop hiding behind a keyboard. I give 10Gym a 5 star rating, Lighthouse Fitness a 5 star rating, and the trainer mentioned specifically a 5 star rating (especially considering his professionalism and tact when dealing with pampered individuals such as Clovey P.

I like the fact that they did have at least five or six little spots where you could do mat work- so many clubs have limited the space so this was really nice! It's clean, they were mopping and vacuuming while we were there and the front desk staff were very friendly. Everything seemed to be in working order as well. It was my first time in last week and I was surprised of how nice this location is compared to expressway one. The bottom floor when you walk in, you'll see the child car area on the left and classes, locker rooms, and entry to the pool through the locker rooms on the right side. Oh and also, I think .. small class studios. Right in the center of the gym is where you will see all the free weights, racks. Suitable for squats, deadlifts etc. Everything is super clean here as well it seems like. The up stairs where you'll see more cardio work machines. I so badly wanted to believe that Primrose Norman was as sought after and highly ranked as their sister schools in OKC and Edmond, but boy was I wrong. For starters, the front receptionist is a blessing to this center and if the directors were more empathetic, compassionate, and driven like Taylor this center would be worlds different. When I first toured primrose I only ever spoke with Taylor, I was never greeted by the directors, and never met a teacher (my mistake for being trusting). By the time my daughter (16 months) started on November 7th, I was in for a rude awakening. The first week my daughter within a few days picked up a bad stomach bug (to be expected with a new daycare) but she continued to get new viruses every other week to date. On top of all the sickness she continued to get, on the days my daughter was there I hardly had any communication with the teachers and when I'd message for an update, it would go unanswered. I tried not to ruffle feathers, but after the third message, I finally called and complained. Pictures and updates started to improve over the past few weeks but I still had an uneasy feeling. Then this week happened. On Tuesday (Jan 24th) I showed up by surprise to pick my daughter up early around 11:20 am, the kids were all sitting down waiting for lunch and I could tell my daughter was upset. I didn't know why until I got home and noticed her diaper was completely soiled and her bum was fire red with sores from sitting in her feces. Let me state, at 10:47 am the teacher of the class marked that my daughter's diaper was checked and she was "dry". I immediately called and spoke with Brandi (the director) she assured me she would take care of it and we could potentially move my daughter to a different room. Today (Jan 25th) I called back up there and spoke with Tiffany (assistant director??) and when she asked if Brandi had dealt with the situation Brandi said she didn't have the chance because of the weather. Tiffany then assured me she would get an explanation and call me back so we could move forward. A few hours went by and at this point, my daughter's bum is scabbing up and I'd decided I'd had enough of the inconsistency, lack of communication, and lack of care for my child. Thankfully, we were able to get back into our old facility. By 2 pm I called to withdraw my daughter and asked to have her stuff ready for my husband. When he got there Taylor apologized and Brandi walked out and gave him a snotty "mhmm" response when he said thanks. Mamas and dads, please take these negative reviews seriously. Primrose is not cheap and just know the cost does NOT mean quality. So happy to be out of there even after a short few months. There's no way I could bring myself to putting my daughter back in their care after the situation was not taken seriously by the leaders who run the facility.

There are at least two unhoused people who use this gym for their toilet and shower needs, so often (especially early mornings) you'll come in and two of the three bathrooms will be occupied for quite some time. It's really not fair to the rest of us who are actually there to work out. Neither of the guys is overly threatening, but it is unsettling to have people come in in street clothes, usually carrying multiple bags, just wandering around or sitting in the lobby and then leaving without even exercising. Especially considering there are no lockers--only cubbies. One of the unhoused people drives a pickup full of garbage (sometimes with a travel trailer attached--which appears to be what he lives in), and will bring bags of the garbage in and out with him for no reason. He behaves extremely bizarrely, strikes up uncomfortable conversations with people who are just there to work out, walks around making strange martial arts like moves, and sometimes just hovers at the doors waiting to chat people up as they come in. I feel bad for the guy. I really do. But his behavior is unsettling, and he comes in and out multiple times per day. It makes people feel unsafe, and the owner has been notified multiple times with nothing done about it. I get that technically the guy is a paying member with a fob, but he can't be allowed to just come in and out, behaving bizarrely, and bothering people.
