I was told that due to the turn of the new year, I would have more sessions covered, and encourgaed by the team at ATI to book more sessions. In fact, because I was leaving the country, I was encouraged to book as many as possible. I was told that my co-pay would continue to be $50. However, for the 5 sessions I took after the new year, an additional bill of $475 appeared in my account. I called billing and they gave me no other option but to pay, in spite of the fact I was given wrong information, even misled. If I knew I would have been incurring this type of cost I would have never booked the number of sessions I did. For this I have to recommend avoiding ATI wherever possible. They will mislead you and the mistake will be up to the customer to resolve and pay.

Not only has she resolved almost all of the issues related to years of trying to power through pelvic pain and dysfunction, but her focus on accountability has made me develop skills and knowledge to help myself manage and prevent future issues. The work extends beyond sessions into homework which for me have become habits that I will continue long beyond direct treatment. Pelvic floor therapy is more than just medical care, it is an investment in oneself. While her skills are incredibly broad, in particular Dr. Gaby is able to quickly identify sources of pain and perform therapy that provides long-lasting permanent relief. That ability greatly reduces the number of sessions required to achieve healing. She always explains what she is doing and why, and how it supports our long-term goals. Her caring, compassion, and ability to discuss any topic related to the pelvic therapy being done, i.e. her bedside manner, is integral to her practice. She also has a great sense of humor which is critical during pelvic floor PT which at times can be rather intimidating and otherwise awkward. My work with Dr. Gaby has relieved me of not just prior urinary pain, but almost all pain in my lower body. I have seen significant improvements in my balance and I am much more limber than I was at the start of treatment, both of which have much broader life impacts. The only regret that I have was not starting therapy with her sooner.

My son has been a client at ABC Kids for almost two years now and we cannot praise them enough. My…read moreson was practically nonverbal and Marni has patiently & diligently worked with him, and he's developed by leaps and bounds. Marni was one of the few PROMPT trained therapists in the area and the back office at ABC kids has always been efficient and professional (they do all the insurance paperwork and bill you for the deductible, they have even been helpful in keeping me up to date on how many more sessions were left in the year per our insurance allotment). We have seen other therapists at the practice in the past, and all are skilled and great with kids. When COVID hit, they didn't skip a beat and we switched to virtual. Marni went above and beyond finding new games to play virtually with our young son to keep him engaged (she went so far as to put up a green screen in her own home!). Once things calmed a bit (a full year later), we started back in person and they have been excellent at Covid protocols (therapists are vaccinated and wear masks and/or shields, they stagger appointments so we don't cross paths with others, temperature checks, and hand sanitizer galore- I noticed the other day Marni sanitized her hands before and after touching my son's face to help him form a sound). We cannot recommend ABC Kids enough! They have been instrumental in the development of our sweet boy.

She will respond to my texts during off hour questions and always has time to schedule an appointment with me should I or should she feel that is necessary. She has been an excellent resource for referrals to some very good specialists when necessary. Recently she was able to alleviate some anxiety by accessing the results from some tests which turned out to be just fine. However, without her intervention, I would have had to wait. I am very pleased with that level of caring and service. Her assistant, Abby is also pleasant, professional and caring. She is a real boon to the office as Abby is the first person with whom a person interacts when visiting the office. I have never had to wait more that just a couple of minutes for my schuduled appointment. In addition, Abby has drawn blood from my arm with no pain and no bruising. While I certainly know this is not a for sure in the future, so far she has done really well and I appreciate that too!! I completely recommend Dr. Anne and Abby.

If switching locations she doesn't always have the patient record and more critically made an error regarding prescriptions due to a lack of electronic records. Her office staff are rude and nasty creating a barrier between patient and doctor, refusing to pass on messages (and Dr Jackson doesn't have a portal or email). Although she has voicemail her office staff won't put you through to it. Had office staff been better and more accommodating we would have stayed wither her; however they made it impossible. Dr Jackson would do well to hire competent and compassionate staff and become modernized. That said she really is an excellent diagnostician and listens well. So I would recommend her only if you didn't need to see a doctor more than once or twice a year.
