Sound bowl therapy uses the calming vibrations of sound bowls to improve anxiety & tension, boost mood, work on our chakras, increase spiritual well-being and restore harmony to both the mind and body. Natalia was our sound bowl therapist and was calm, spiritual and enlightening. I can't wait to go back and do this again. Natalia also is a Reiki master. I've done Reiki before and loved that experience as well. It was interesting to hear Natalia's thoughts of what she felt was going on with each of us at the end of the session. Two of us had the energy of our loved ones with us during the session, and I was lucky enough that Natalia felt the energy of my dad. I was able to tune out everything around me and delve into the experience, but my friends said they heard people talking within the other parts of the studio, such as massages and other therapies in other rooms. One gal said she felt like getting up and going outside to tell the people to not make so much noise. Again, I was very into what Natalia was doing and focused that I heard nothing and wasn't bothered by any outside noise. Maybe it would be simply scheduling things at different times for complete silence, I don't know. It wasn't an issue for me. If you haven't taken part in a sound bowl meditation, it's a very relaxing and spiritual experience. I highly recommend Natalia for sound bowl meditation. I have called and left messages for the doctor to send it to me directly. As of today I cannot get a response from the office to send it directly to me. No callback, no email, just crickets. They had no problem cashing my check. Why wouldn't they sent it to the website and my email? Very disappointing. Not sure what to do now.

For years, I have struggled with low back pain, ADHD, anxiety, mood swings and periodic bouts with acne. Dr. V literally helped me eliminate or control ALL of these problems. The treatment has been so good it is hard to describe. The biggest issue that I thought would dog me the rest of my life was attention deficit disorder. I tried managing it with medication, but the meds came with tons of side effects, including a surreal, "distant" groggy feeling. So, I periodically tried getting off medication, but it was extremely difficult. At work, I remember sitting in a meeting feeling like it was torturous to try and sit still in my chair. I spent almost every minute trying not to leave the room because I was fidgety. So, with or without medication, this was a terrible thing to struggle with and I figured I would have to deal with it the rest of my life. Then I was treated by Dr. V. After my first treatment, I felt more relaxed than I had ever felt in my whole life. It was like the calmness of being on the meds, except way better-- all natural and with no side effects. I take no medication and have no need for it. I feel better than I ever have in my entire life. Additionally, other symptoms, like anxiety, have been drastically improved as well. I feel more empowered and in control of my life, not like a victim of health circumstances. Recently I was thinking about all of the positive personal milestones that I've achieved over the past few years. Most of them can be attributed to this care. Here's what I mean: when you have a good base of health, you're able to invest better in other areas of your life. You can be more effective and productive at work, you can be more patient with family members, more invested in relationships, and just a better overall person. Because my health is good, it has stabilized and improved all other areas of my life. It has been THAT transformative. The impact of this treatment on my life has been priceless.
