Having an agent respond at a timely manner is what keeps this industry moving. Kenneth has been great in both transactions. We received the ratified contracts and got the job done! I have no complaints about his quality of work and would instead praise his attention to detail. Kenneth also does not focus on the commission and leave/disappear after the closing. We had a post-closing issue on whether the sellers had taken bricks from the property. Kenneth took it upon himself (after the seller's agent and seller would not replace the bricks or pay for them) to go to home depot and replace the bricks himself. Furthermore, he has been very accommodating on meeting times and location. He makes it so working with him is easy and flexible. I HIGHLY recommend Kenneth Wang as a realtor in all of DMV area!

Obtaining the services of a real estate agent is much more than "finding someone to sell your…read morehome". This is especially true if you are selling an inherited property as I was earlier this year. A good real estate agent will know the area, know the laws and rules and will help assess your home and get it listed and sold for a "good price". A great real estate agent is a counselor, a partner in your effort, someone who "has your back" throughout the process in addition to doing all of the real estate work. Philippa Main is an *outstanding* real estate agent and an even better person. My father passed away leaving a home in Woodbridge, Virginia - the home in which I grew up and which contained almost 50 years of possessions. I contacted Philippa in March of 2026 to discuss its potential sale even as the house was in significant disarray while I engaged in the slow process of cleaning it out and sorting through the many things my parents had accumulated over the years. When she visited the home, I looked around and threw up my hands. Philippa looked around and said, "we can make this happen." I sought her out specifically because she mentioned having expertise in sales of homes that are inherited - a particular niche that involves a delicate dance of handling family dynamics, wills, probate laws and determining what, if any, money should be put into renovations or improvements that will get a reasonable return on the investment. From our first conversation over the phone - which she took time to do in the middle of a busy weekend - Philippa was incredibly personable, easy to talk to and anticipated many of my questions and many of my concerns as we talked. By the end of our conversation, I felt like I was chatting with a friend who had expertise I needed. Over the following three months, she was a (rapidly-responded-to) text or phone call away as I navigated getting the house ready for sale. She helped outline a schedule and a plan to list the home. She connected me with a large network of trusted service providers from junk removers to contractors to painters to flooring experts from whom I obtained estimates and some of whom I contracted to help clear out the house and prepare it for sale. While she always reiterated that she would back any decision I made regarding the house, I always sought her counsel when making major decisions such as whether or not to spend money on renovations and, if so, which ones were most important. Of course, there were obstacles - some amusing, some less-so - but Philippa helped me handle each one with a confidence borne of having "seen it before". That is an incredibly valuable thing when dealing with a stressful situation. In the end, the home was listed in June and had nearly seventy showings in three days. The house sold for well over its asking price and after all of it I know some things: The home could have been sold by another agent. But few, if any, others could have been a partner in the process the way Philippa was for me. She was a trusted resource, a confidant, a person who knew when to inject humor into a situation and when helping me vent was what was needed - she understands people and the process of selling an inherited home in addition to being a brilliant real estate agent who knows the area and who knows how to get the job done. I couldn't recommend her more for ANY real estate work but, especially, if you face the task of preparing and selling an inherited property.

From the very beginning, Megan and her team (Jenny Moore) demonstrated professionalism, market expertise, and a genuine commitment to understanding our goals. Thanks to her strategic approach and strong network, we received five competitive offers in a short period of time. What truly set Megan apart, though, was her ability to help us navigate those offers thoughtfully--not just focusing on price, but on finding the right buyer. It was very important to our family that the home not be sold to a developer who would tear it down, and Megan respected and prioritized that throughout the process. In the end, she helped us secure a buyer who aligned with our wishes while still delivering an excellent outcome financially. Her communication was clear, her guidance was steady, and she made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and well-managed. The house was on the market in January and we had two snow storms that Megan and Jenny were able to take care of getting the snow on the driveway shuffled in time for the open house. We're incredibly grateful for Megan's dedication and would highly recommend her and the Fass Results Group to anyone looking to sell (or buy) their home.

Dawn was recommended because my wife and I were a little indecisive and could not decide between Virginia and Maryland. Since she's licensed in both Virginia and Maryland, she was able to show us houses in both states; she must have shown us 50 houses. Once we found our home, Dawn guided us through the entire process from bidding through closing. Dawn patiently explained every form we signed and every step and every option we had until we closed on the house. We could not have asked for a better teacher than Dawn for our first home buying experience. Later, we finally were ready to move up to a bigger home and Dawn again came through for us. We found a house we liked and asked Dawn to help us buy it. Offers were required quickly and Dawn immediately found us a mortgage specialist who could get us a pre-approval letter for the offer. We had a weekend and Dawn was able to put together the winning offer on the house that weekend. After we moved, it was time to sell our old townhouse and we were blown away with Dawn's expertise in selling. We hadn't updated the house at all and we were behind on maintenance, but Dawn helped us put together a plan to get the best price for our house. She created a list of improvements we could do that were cost effective; picking out all the furnishing and fixtures to maximize our selling price. She found a general contractor to do all the updates and kept us abreast of their progress. She also guided us through Compass Concierge so we didn't have to pay immediately for any of the improvements. After construction was done, she helped us find cleaners to clean the house and a staging company to stage the house. The house was completely unrecognizable; it looked like something out of HGTV. We sold within a weekend, 25K over our asking price. We were so pleased that we also recommended her to my parents to sell my grandfather's house. She worked her magic and transformed the stale 1980's interior into a modern interior. There was a bidding war and my grandfather's house sold for 90K over asking. My aunts and mom cannot stop raving about her. Whether buying or selling a house, I cannot recommend Dawn more.

When we were considering a new home, I took a risk and reached out to Danny. I am glad my husband and I made the choice to go with him for both selling our townhouse and buying a single family home. Danny was respectful of our timeline. It's a big decision to move and we had many unpredictable life events along the way. Danny was never pushy and made himself available for whenever we were ready. When we finally decided to sell April 2022, Danny made everything easy by giving us a clear list of what should be done while factoring in our budget and household. With two dogs and a newborn baby, we couldn't do all the renovations and had restrictions on how long we could be out of our house. We appreciated Danny's understanding around this. Danny has great connections and was able to refer us to a great staging company that really helped showcase our home. Within four days of being on market, we had ten offers and was able to sell 11% over asking price. Waiting for offers can be nerve wracking but Danny's fast communication helped reduce a lot of the nerves. Regardless of time/day, he kept us in the loop so we were able to decide upon the best offer with his guidance. Danny was just as responsive when we worked with him to buy a new house May 2022. I'm not sure how he does it but somehow he's always able to send us info about any listings we inquire within an hour (usually within minutes). We were even able to schedule showings with him for the day of. Given how competitive the market can be, Danny's swiftness really helped us score our dream home. Thanks to Danny's constant communication with the selling agent, we beat out four other offers and signed the contract within 3 days of seeing the house. Danny has been so helpful through this entire process and we highly recommend him. He knows the northern VA area well and gave useful feedback for each house that we saw together, taking in our needs and wants. Danny has all the key traits needed in a realtor: responsive, reliable and most importantly, he made us feel comfortable and gained our trust as we navigated the big transactions of selling and buying a home. I've already referred a friend to Danny and happily will send more referrals his way in the future.

She always made us feel like her #1 priority even though we knew she was busy with other clients: she made time for us on-a-dime, was always present, on-time or early, and was incredible good at scheduling around all of our busy schedules. Laura is an AMAZING communicator: was quick and responsive and always provided us with thorough details and explanations. Laura provided us (first-time home buyers) with an incredible wealth of knowledge and advice when we requested and had great insights. Laura was recommended to us as a top agent in the DMV area with impressive transaction volume each year. Although we identified multiple agents through our search, we immediately decided to work with Laura after our initial video call because we were impressed by her knowledge of the local housing market and all aspects of real estate transaction. We are so grateful that we did! We were buying a condo in a very competitive area. Every time when we made an offer, we had a competing offer and had to act very quickly to make our offer more competitive. Laura worked around the clock to prepare the comparative market analysis, tour the units with us, crafted and advised us on compelling offer terms and negotiated with the seller agents. Our closing had some extra complexities due to the condo building's financing approval being expired. Laura skillfully helped us navigate this issue. She proactively included relevant language in our offer to protect us from such financing issue before we even knew there was an issue with the condo building. After we discovered the issue, Laura was in constant communication with the seller's agent, condo building and mortgage broker to speedily resolve the issue and ensure we could close on time within 3 weeks. Laura's price prediction and recommendations were spot on when we submitted our offer. She recommended us to adjust our offer to a certain price to increase our chance of sealing the deal at our offer price (instead of activating the price escalation clause and resulting in us paying a higher price). We were able to be the winning offer because of Laura's excellent communication skills and expert advice. We followed Laura's recommendation and did not have to pay more than our offer price for the condo. The appraisal ended up being higher than our purchase price. We are grateful that Laura helped us secure our dream home at a great price. Laura was extremely responsive and patient. We had a lot of questions as first-time home buyers. Laura patiently answered all of our questions at any time of the day. Despite her busy schedule, she accommodated our challenging schedules and requests under short notice every single time, which enabled us to close our home with great success. We could not have asked for a better realtor to share this home purchase journey with. Thank you Laura for being an outstanding, caring and dedicated realtor!

It was always a smooth process. So when it came time to finally sell the final property there was no question in my mind who I would turn to handle the transaction. The sale was made as part of a 1031 Exchange which takes special expertise and Mark brought this and much more to the table making the entire process as efficient and as transparent as possible. His market analysis and subsequent contract negotiation was on the mark - pun intended - and we brought the sale to close in record time. Timing was important because of the Exchange requirements which necessitate closure within some very strict parameters. To assist in this Mark referred me to an excellent colleague of his in my acquisition market - Richmond, VA - and that proved key in making the entire process work. What could have been a tricky - and costly - procedure went very quickly and very smoothly. My time in the Reston market both as a resident and investor has now come to a close but were that ever to change Mark would be the first person I'd call to get it taken care of. Shanika is knowledgeable about neighborhoods, real estate trends, and very well connected. Not to mention, has a confident ease and very personable. You can see that Shanika wants you to find your home, more than just make a sale. Early on, I said I was willing to look and live all over DC, but really wanted to stay in NW, love natural light, wanted a 2bd condo and near "things". (I don't have a car). Shanika listened to me, watched carefully when we went to see condos, started to underhand my likes and dislikes, and never made me feel silly with all my questions and lack of knowledge. We communicated regularly via text/phone and using a particular app, she was able to see they types of places I was interested in. I saw a condo that was going on the market in a few days, we saw it before it went live... and the rest is history. The Coalition Properties Team hand held me( literally) through the entire process.
