If you're playing Clue (Cluedo), you can Bet the Butler did it, to the extent that this stadium is named after that inevitability.
First-Hand Experience: More info about my personal experience at this stadium - one of the smallest stadiums I have ever been to in my life! Although the fact that Dumbarton have so few fans kind of makes me like them more. And at least they didn't build a 10k stadium that nobody will ever fill.
Because it's so tiny, it's pretty loud! Seeing a game here was a real highlight. They faced off against Arbroath and the fans were wild. Definitely a four star experience, modern facilities, excellent everything. A little too tiny to be 5 stars. I'll be coming back here again, for sure.
So when I was doing my first tour of Scotland in 2011, I also hit up every single stadium in the country. My obsession with footy (soccer to Americans) is the reason. Every stadium review - like all my reviews - are based on first-hand personal experience, usually from multiple visits. As recently as Fall 2014, when I was "stuck" in UK for 3 months, I went to most of them yet again while travelling. I have pictures of me at many of them, which I will post later. Also, when back in Scotland I plan to take more pix, and add more stadia! So watch this space!

It's a tiny little 2k stadium and yet it gets a 4 star for being modern and having a nice atmosphere, and being right next to the river and right underneath a huge volcanic rock. How awesome is that? Yes it would be great if it were bigger and packed full of people but this is the best a team like Dumbarton can get these days.
It was built in 2000 and has plenty of room for new stands if they ever get more fans. read more
