The worst experience I have ever had. I stayed here with my wife in our honeymoon trip from June 27th - July 3rd. At first everything was OK. Of course it was not perfect, but for 3 stars hotel was OK. On the last day in this hotel, I found that a gift from my French friend to me for wedding has been stolen from our room. I informed about this the worker of the hotel in reception, he told me that as the director(Bruce Ziesler) is at home, he is not able to call him, which was ridiculous for me, as in my point of view director must be informed and be in charge for cases like this. Anyways, the director wrote me 2 days later regarding that, telling that they have a new room service worker who probably stole the item, and so, after our talk he agreed to refund me for the gift, and then, after more than 10 days of ignoring my mails, he finally wrote me offering to buy and send the same gift to me. I was agreed with that, but then he was lost again. And when I called again to talk with the director, they said that the director is in holidays and, thus, again they are not able to call him. After all this ignoring treatment to me, I wrote Best Western main customer service. At first they agreed to solve this problem. But after couple days they just wrote me that they are not responsible for the lost item. Of course this incident affected negatively on my honeymoon. I have all the conversation with them in my mail. I can share them with great pleasure to anyone - just be careful and don't do the mistake that I did staying in that hotel. read more
