So I called the company to come out and clean my ducks. I called Maven Air Care a branch in Philadelphia and I told him that I needed him to come out and clean my vents. They set an appointment they came out. They cleaned my vents. I paid them and they left about a month later my furnace stopped working so I called the technician to come out and find out what was going on. The technician called me and told me that my inducer motor, my main fan motor and my board had burned out because the air filter was not put inside of the unit. The technician took several pictures showing me the damage to the unit and told me how much it would cost to get fixed. I reached out to Maven Air Care to to pay for the damage and they pretty much stopped answering my phone calls and emails. I would not recommend this company to come out. I don't know whether they're not training their staff properly or what, but even if it was a mistake, they should still stand behind their name and reimburse me for the money I had to fix because of their technician's mistake. I would not hire this company if I were you

They installed it right outside the master bedroom with a bad fan. The fan buzzes and this pitch goes up and down every day, 24/7. We have to run 2 noise machines in our bedroom to override hearing the mitigation system just to sleep. Every night. I reached out to them and had 8 appointments scheduled over the past month. 7 out of 8 appointments they did not show up or communicate to me why they would be late or would need to reschedule. I had to call an hour after each appointment to be told something different each time. They only called for one appointment to let me know they would not be able to make it in time. After the 8th time of being avoided, I went ahead and told them I'll be using someone else. I gave this company 8 chances to make it right and they have the audacity to ask for another chance This company is only 100-200 cheaper than other well known and reliable companies that install radon systems. If you are selling your home and just trying to find the cheapest option, please avoid this company at all costs to prevent the new home owner from going through endless circles with this company. BreatheSafe was the only company that could respond quickly enough to meet the buyers ridiculous time frame of 4 days to get the system installed. We found out on Monday we had failed the radon test, and it took us 2 days to strong arm our HOA to put a policy in place for what was needed. Lance and Joy were out here 5 days later installing our system. During the install Lance had to put his ladder in our flowerbed and our climbing vine had to be pulled out to make room for drilling a a hole for the remediation. Joy replanted the vine and took care of the other flowers that were in the way. They were quick, thorough, and very knowledgeable about the process and answered all of our questions. They were a joy to work with, and we highly recommend them if you need radon remediation.

John did not find any evidence of excessive mold and told me that in his experience, those petri dish tests were unreliable. Very nice news for me, but what makes this a 5-Star review? He could have tried to scare me about my mold numbers and tried to pressure-sell me into expensive testing or sanitization services. However, over the 22 yrs our vapor barrier installed when the house was new, had become very dirty. Additionally, in 2017 we did some renovations which required plumbers and electricians to work under the house. Unfortunately, all these comings and goings across our vapor barrier had ripped it in places. Plus the builder had used a lighter weight plastic. I had 4 different people look at replacing my barrier. I had 3 bids and Justin had the best bid. Justin and his 2 helpers showed up around 9am. They went right to work.
