She was able to do it, and now my chair is in even better condition than it was when I got it (it's about 50 years old, and will certainly last 50 more at least!). First off, I'd like to point out their address is 4949 Wade Hampton Blvd (Yelp had a different…read moreaddress on Wade Hampton). I did send a change request to Yelp, so by the time this review is posted it may be correct. I took in a very large cushion (82" long x 28" wide) and the material to have a slip cover made for it on 5-5-17, late that Friday afternoon. I was told it would be ready by the following Friday. I got a call from Michelle early Wednesday afternoon (two and a half days after I'd dropped everything off) advising it was ready! The cushion is perfect - exactly what I wanted to put in the reading nook my husband recently made for me out of a spare closet. The material fits perfect on the cushion. Prior to having the slip cover put on, the cushion was wrapped in a material that will give it added life and stability. A zipper was put along the backside. Due to the width of the material I had chosen, it was necessary to have two seams. Had it not been pointed out to me, I wouldn't have noticed them! Customer service was great. This is a family owned business - all the more reason to support it. Price was very reasonable, and turn around time was amazing. Highly recommend.
