I went in to have my new tires put on my truck this year and the staff here is AMAZING! Not only…read morewas this spot the most affordable per tire price (with no hidden fees) that I saw in Charlotte, they put my new tires on super fast and it was done correctly. Outside of that, I was able to ask a lot of questions and they answered them all without being annoyed - that alone surprises me because they really took time to educate me. The waiting room was clean and nice as well. As you can imagine, I've seen (like we all have) some very scary places. I loved their cleanliness - it makes waiting so peaceful! To top it off: My truck battery died because I had a faulty battery! They literally tried to help me fix it there and confirmed it was the battery. What they did next almost made me cry! They called the battery shop down the road and were able to convince the owner to physically bring a good battery down the road to their tire shop. Mind you the battery guy was literally closing his shop in 5 minutes and I would have never made it in time without the Tires Cali team stepping in and helping me. When I look for good service, THIS is the type of service I want. They went above and beyond for me! During one of the most annoying days ever, I found kindness at this tire shop. They didn't have to help me and most places would have done the tires and left me out to dry. Not these guys - they actually really do care and are kind people. I will be going there in the next couple weeks to have them help me put a rim on my trailer spare tire too. I really am grateful for them and would 100% recommend this spot to every and anyone!
