He was thoughtful in explaining each step, and I felt very cared for as a customer who was hopeful my car would pull through. Unfortunately, my car was at the end of its time with me after the timing belt broke/caused damage to the engine, and Art continued to be super helpful. He was extremely kind and sympathetic, as my car meant a great deal to me. He was thorough in explaining my options, and had a gentleness as he gave me the hard prognosis that it'd be a huge financial endeavor for me to keep the car going. Always trying to add on work. I hate it when you go in there and they try to add on, example tires…read moreneed rotation, oil leak , wipers, there's always something. My car has close to 500,000 miles leaks a 1/2 a quart every 5,000 miles, they say I need a new gasket some where leaking oil. 1/2 a quart every 5,000 miles . Quit going there and everything's fine. I guess oil changing doesn't pay the bills so add on what you can. Quit going there after they kept insisting that I needed a new head gasket, new place doesn't even mention it.
