After calling around, nobody seemed willing or able to step up....except Jim. Jim came out the same day and provided exactly the solution we needed. From there, he also let me know he could help with insects and other pests, which he took care of within just a few days. On top of that, he helped completely revitalize our lawn. They are relatively uncommon in our area so that's not surprising. So we met Jim Gowin at the house and he did an assessment and gave us an estimate and we set a date to do that actual treatment. The house is vacant at the moment so we had to make plans to come from out of town. Jim showed up on time (I was actually late and that was not a problem for him) and he took care of the problem. He was professional and reasonable and I also appreciate that he is a small operation, not one of those big impersonal outfits and you don't know who is going to do the actual work. We will call on Gowin Pest Solutions in the future.
