The professionalism has always been outstanding and it's rare for us to see bugs after treatments and when we do see them, it's generally ants. We've had a much wetter than usual spring and when we started seeing ants again, we called Valor. It wasn't our usual contract appointment, but nonetheless we explained our ant problem and they responded with a courtesy service the next day. Next day service is exceedingly rare.
