Worse experience ever! Went for pedicure and nails and it was the worst job ever. They charged me $150 for a lazy crappy job. Besides the fact that the price wasn't supposed to be anywhere near this. Feet were just as rough when I left and nails were wavy and bumpy. I couldn't take the pain in my nails after a week so I soaked them and this picture is why they hurt so bad. NEVER go here!!!! read more

Had a appointment for a gel manicure @ 3:00pm, thirty seven minutes later still sitting in reception. They took me as I was getting up to walk out. I should've seen that as a warning sign. The lady who did my nails was completely distracted - answering the phone, taking payments, etc. It was like getting your nails done by a grumpy receptionist. After I told her I was looking to get a gel manicure over my naturally long nails she proceeds to file them down to nubs!!! I asked for grey and when the Grey polish wrinkled she slapped this grey glitter on it and now I have sparkling nubs! I am pissed read more

One cleeeeeean nail shop, Two waxing rooms, Three girls working, Four shelves of bath & body products for sale, Five parking spaces in front, Six manicure stations, Seven spa pedicure chairs... A little high - $25 for a spa pedicure + $5 for French...but they include a free exfoliating sugar scrub on calves and feet... Strange thing though, they use actual cheese graters on your calluses if you let them. Not razors, not pedi-egg...RESTAURANT GRADE PARMESAN ROMANO CHEESE GRATERS. Ummm, thx, I'm good with a plain old pumice stone. :) read more

I been coming here for almost two years now and I couldn't ask for a better team who cares for your nails. I think it may be time for a makeover I used this salon. I'm sure it's clean but I looks well worn. Chairs are "dirty" because they are white and probably can't be cleaned. The walls are scuffed, paint chipping off areas around the sailing. The sinks are very old and need replaced. I love my nail tech, but it's hard to be inside lately. Time for some paint and new furniture read more

Lisa is the BEST. She does beautiful work, fixed the mess the last salon made and also a lovely personality. I will not go anywhere else.

I haven't gotten my nails done in years honestly and today is my 21st birthday so I decided why not. I called this salon because it's close to my house hoping I could get a last minute appointment and they said I could come in immediately for a full set of acrylics. Absolutely amazing service and work from both Jimmy and Mimi!! So kind and patient with me cuz I don't know anything about nails! Thank you Gus so much I will be back!!! read more

I got my nails done last night, and I'm in love. Lisa did a wonderful job, and I will definitely come back. A different technician did my pedicure, and she did a really good job as well. It was busy, but they took their time and I did not feel rushed at all. I chose this place because I live right next door. Very convenient, and prices are competitive to similar salons. read more

1 star for the owner & 5 stars for Michael. I absolutely love Michael! He is the only reason I come in, his work is the best I've had! However, the owner of the salon needs to just give up the shop to new management. She never buys new nails colors, all colors are dried out or have enough for one hand and she won't replace them. Yes I said it SHE WON'T REPLACE THEM!!! Not to mention I specifically asked for Michael to do my hands & feet and when he was finished with my hands she told him to work on someone else and that he couldn't do my feet.. I said I'll wait thats no problem.. the problem is HER! I'm not sure where she spends her money but it isn't in this shop. I definitely grabbed Michael's number because I will follow him anywhere he goes. He deserves so much better than this salon! read more

Don't let the bad reviews scare you! Everyone is so nice here . Lisa did my nails and she did such an amazing job! thank you so much Lisa . I didn't get the name of the woman who did my toes but she also did good and was super nice . Definitely coming back again . read more

Loved this sweet little salon! My cousin and I went today and we fell in love! I got a gel manicure for only $25 and it is PERFECT!!! My technician was super sweet and made sure that I was getting exactly what I wanted. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because we had made an appointment for 2:30 and my cousin was taken on time but I had to wait until about 3 for my manicure. But we were both done about the same time (She got acrylics) so I was pleased! Definitely will be coming back!! read more

This place is crazy!! If you are thinking of coming here I would strongly STRONGLY advise against it.I went in for a full set with gel and a pedicure for my birthday. Let's start with the pedicure. It is absolutely the worst pedicure I've ever had. I love the look of square white toenails and is what I always get so thats what I asked for. The lady was so nice so I didn't complain about the outcome. But she filed my big toenail round. My toenails are filed horribly the paint is patchy and there is paint on my skin. I almost don't want to post a picture because they are so bad. Now I have to wait for them to grow back out for me to refile them correctly. Now the nails Lisa was my nail tech. I decided to try this place out I usually just get something very simple almond shaped nude or pink and I usually pay about $50 to for that. I asked her how much do you guys normally charge for what I'm getting and she said $65 . Now they have a price list and it says acrylic full set with gel $40/ fill 18$ which is why I originally decided to try them out now I understand usually for almond shape it's typically about $5 extra so I was expecting it to be around my normal $50 that I pay. so when I asked her why I was being charged an additional $25 for something so simple I didn't have any designs nothing crazy literally just pink and almond she told me that they charge for -and I know this sounds crazy- she said they charge for the set and $18 for the fill. My mind was blown! I explained to her a fill is when like 3 weeks from now I come in and have to get my nails filled why am I being charged for that now?? she said oh actually your nails are a little long so that's where the extra charge is coming from. so I was being charged $5 for my almond shape and $20 because my nails were long. absolutely crazy! But at this point I couldn't turn back because my nails were already being done. After this conversation she was so rude and it's such a bad job on my nails. After putting on two coats of gel the the paint was see-through and patchy so I asked you to put on another coat. They're just horrible theyre bumpy and the paint is patchy so I walked out of there completely unsatisfied and paid $90 for a simple gel full set and pedicure. Again, If you are thinking of coming here I would strongly strongly advise against it. read more

I love this place been coming here for a few months and Tanya is my favorite she's an expert at sns nails and the jello pedicure. do not go here.. horrible experience in there.. 2 hours for a pedicure that was all bad.. this man put 7 coats of polish on my feet and no top coat....went all out the lines... cannot polish all bad... 45.00 for trash.. i had to go elsewhere to have gel polish removed.. also cuticles were not cleaned up.. all bad.... no star had to put 1 to post. read more

Love this place! Been coming here since I was a little girl. Lisa and whole staff are amazing! They take their time. Service is great :)

They are very short staffed. Made an appointment for 10:00am and sat and soaked for almost 40 minutes. I don't recommend.

Bridget did my pedicure and spent more time telling me what they can't do. So basically callous remover is your left with callous still. Should listen to the customer and do what there asking. Basically a 40 dollar massage on feet and legs. Others there have done great so avoid Bridget and you will be ok. But now the experience is ruined for me . There's lots of other places close by I'd reccomend trying them or at least don't get Bridget. read more

I just left this place and I'm a frequent customer here for the past 3 years. Never going back. Now I've learned the pricing for anything other than standard mani/pedi are very MISLEADING! Had a full set of hard gel done and charged $65.00 ($20 for gel polish/$40 for full set/$5 for glitter fade). Came for a fill tonight ($25) and didn't get the gel polish to avoid paying the additional $20 fee. I opted for the glitter fade only which cost an additional $5. NOPE. They charged me $50, saying the glitter fade is $20. Mind you this the exact same women i saw 2 1/2 weeks ago. I feel tricked. Her argument was she gave me the polish free last time, the glitter fade has always been $20 and the extra $5 at that time was for her labor. Very misleading and mediocre work for $50! Tiffany is gone btw as well as Jenni, who was excellent. read more

I was coming here for awhile and I really liked it a lot. Tiffany is amazing at painting nails. However, she is not a nail designer. I'm not super picky so when my leopard print looked more like surreal art, that didn't really bug me. However, I asked for a cat silhouette on on hand and a paw print on the other. The cat was amazingly adorable, but the paw print was super strange looking. It was disappointing read more

Tanya recommended and did my new set .... completely chemical free so no burning or irritation from primers they feel soooooo much lighter and they are healthier for your finger nail growth and cuticles ...... they last longer about a month so to do a new set of organics once a month is much cheaper too they look beautiful and feel nice and the best part of the whole thing is no dry time the top coat dries in literally two minutes sooooo convenient too read more

Worst manicure I've ever had! First, a man clipped/filed my nails. I showed him a few pictures of the length/shape I wanted. He clipped them almost all the way down to the skin. Then the woman did the "design" that I showed from my phone. It looks like a child did them! She should have told me she couldn't do it, but I figured a red polish with a little glitter on the tips seemed easy enough. They got me with the "Do you want to pay before the polish so you don't mess them up?" trick. Will not be going back here. read more

HORRIBLE, don't come here. I'm from California, visiting Vegas and found this place on Google with decent reviews. Me and my family came and their service is horrible and insufficient workers. I have come here three times now and waited to write a review. I usually hate to get pedicures because it feels like a chore especially when you have to deal with bad customer service, being rushed, or just a bad job. But they have consistently proved to me that they will spend the time to make me feel pampered. Very important feeling for me. They are close by so at first I was here out of convenience, but they have earned my business. Would never return...was in the salon for 3+ hours last weekend. A few days later the color on my toes already wore off and the color on my nails was peeling and became totally discolored. Really wanted to like it here because it is so close to my house but i wont be returning. read more

I made an appointment the day before and when I arrived they made me wait 40 minutes. I then asked if I was next to be told a walk in was priority because she needed more services. This place does not honor their appointment and will not serve you unless you pay for apparently more service. This place is a scam. read more

Walk-in: Don't know the lady's name that did my nails, as she never told me and had no name tag. She was more focused on the customers behind me then doing my nails.
