My nails were not powder. I found a very close color match. He sounded irritated that I came in because he wanted to go home early. After starting my nails, he did not compare length of my other nails, and when I went to mention the different in length, he insisted they were correct. (Picture to show how the nail he did was longer) he did not have me wash my hands before painting, he barely filed my nails so they are lumpy. He only added one coat of paint and so it looks off in places. I stressed the importance of these nails and he didn't seem to care. I will never return.

It hurt and burned when he was filing & with the dip. My nails got HOT. Yesterday, I tried again. I made an appointment this time and still sat for 45 min. Again, male tech was rushing. Very rough on my nails and it was hurting. I woke up with irritation/trauma to my thumb nail bed. They're thick and uneven shaped. My pedicure was also done so fast... I wanted French tip and she literally just did a line. I'm really an understanding person, but I really did not like this salon at all. I wouldn't recommend it. There's a lot of reviews for Hannah and I can't speak to that, but if you happen to have the male tech, it will hurt. Also pricing is very high compared to other places! ** Update 05/12/26: It's been about 2 weeks since I got them done (04/29) and they grew out a lot so it was time to remove them. Every time I've got my nails done, I'm able to take them off by myself. I loosen them with my nail clippers and they pop off. These were notttt moving. So I tried to soak them 30min w/ 100% acetone. Nothing was working. They were sealed to my natural nails. I went to a different salon to have them removed and my nails are so destroyed. My finger nail is half ripped off and bleeding. I really think they used MMA product which is illegal.

She is amazing, and I love my hair since I have started going to her. The first time I went I had a trim done to "test the waters" so to speak. Debbie was careful and cautious in not to cut too much off. After see the care she took, I was ready to trust her in doing a more daring cut. The second time I went I showed Debbie a picture of what I wanted (which included 11+ inches being cut), and she cut my hair to match the picture. I told her I was starting to panic after having so much of my hair cut off, but she assured me it would be cute. After copying the picture she asked me if I would like some changes to match my face, natural wave of the hair, etc. I put my full trust in her, and she made made my hair look amazing. She definitely knows what she is doing, and charges a very reasonable price. Debbie is open Tuesday - Saturday and can also do manicures and pedicures at her salon. The salon is in a senior's only apartment building, so you have to go through the lobby of the apartment building to get to her salon. I asked the hairdresser on duty if that was correct and she said yes because she was the only one there and if I wanted to wait, maybe I could get in if nobody above me showed up. I wasn't happy about it but I then waited for her to finish with the two children that she was currently helping and then she disappeared in the back for about 20 minutes. Of course as soon as she finally showed back up the person one spot above mine showed up and he then got my spot. I was basically told that it wasn't her problem because she was the only one there.
