The third time, I called and requested an appt with the guy who I appreciated his polish job. He informed me that even though he answered the phone, he told me that he was not working today and then I would have to schedule an appointment the next day, which was today. So I scheduled an appointment with him at 4 o'clock today. Once I arrived, he was asleep in the spa chair when I walked in. There was one customer. Instead of him coming to take care of me, he sent out his mother who I saw the second visit. She then preceeded to paint my nails. silly me I figured that she 148 for my nail color. I was busy working look up to double check the color but once I did, I was expecting the beige color I picked out and to my surprise , I had 1 foot completely lime . I made her aware and then proceeded to tell the manager that I called yesterday to make an appointment with the gentleman and had to be moved to today only to not have him. He went the two customers that walked in later and do their pedicures. I will not return to the establishment for several reasons. Let me also add there were more flies inside than a farm. Please save your money and call ahead to another establishment before coming here. Oh yes, I did still pay $48 for my pedi (wasn't offered a discount for my troubles) and did tip the poor woman!

She is amazing, and I love my hair since I have started going to her. The first time I went I had a trim done to "test the waters" so to speak. Debbie was careful and cautious in not to cut too much off. After see the care she took, I was ready to trust her in doing a more daring cut. The second time I went I showed Debbie a picture of what I wanted (which included 11+ inches being cut), and she cut my hair to match the picture. I told her I was starting to panic after having so much of my hair cut off, but she assured me it would be cute. After copying the picture she asked me if I would like some changes to match my face, natural wave of the hair, etc. I put my full trust in her, and she made made my hair look amazing. She definitely knows what she is doing, and charges a very reasonable price. Debbie is open Tuesday - Saturday and can also do manicures and pedicures at her salon. The salon is in a senior's only apartment building, so you have to go through the lobby of the apartment building to get to her salon. For anyone who may be curious, Debbie took the hair that was cut off was donated to Locks of Love.

So I basically paid two hair designers . I usually pay around 150 with my regular and a little less with a stylist in Brownsburg. I had a silver blonde with a dark root done on my hair. My hair was already blonde so it didn't take long to turn silver platinum. I asked them about the large amount and her friend( Maggie) said they are aloud to charge anything they want.... OK! Wow so their price menu In front is a lie or shall I say false advertising. They were very rude after I question the amount and I will never be back there.

I asked the hairdresser on duty if that was correct and she said yes because she was the only one there and if I wanted to wait, maybe I could get in if nobody above me showed up. I wasn't happy about it but I then waited for her to finish with the two children that she was currently helping and then she disappeared in the back for about 20 minutes. Of course as soon as she finally showed back up the person one spot above mine showed up and he then got my spot. I was basically told that it wasn't her problem because she was the only one there. I let her know that I would never be returning. This company has plenty of competitors that I can give my business to.
