Waited at the back counter while one staff member was filling some spice jars and never acknowledged by her. It wasn't until another staff member came over that she asked if she could help us. We got the Strawberry Trifecta iced brewed. She never asked if we wanted any sweeteners so we just got it how it came. It had a nice light refreshing taste but did need some sweetener to help bring out the flavor. I think I'll get a bag of it next time I'm in store.

But don't think too many retired people are making large amounts of ribs like we do in Texas. Publix is always clean and well- stocked. The staff are all cordial. So they must be well managed as these things were true at this location, as they are at Magnolia or Lake Deaton. The staff on the floor and at the registers have always been friendly, and several even recognize us when we walk in. However, this was my first time using the customer service desk -- and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. For months, I've been trying to find Armour Vienna Sausage - Reduced Sodium. None of the four Publix locations near me have had it in stock. Two weeks ago, I asked the cashier about it, and they suggested placing a special order at customer service. Great idea, I thought. I went to the desk, explained the situation, and the employee checked the back before offering to order a case for me. I filled out the form and was told they would call when it arrived. The next day, I stopped by again and was told it usually takes 2-3 days. Two weeks passed with no call. When I returned to ask about the order, Kristen at the desk was helpful and contacted someone named Matt to check on it. He called back and said there was no record of any order at all. As we were talking, the original employee who took my order walked in and said, "All we do is put the order in the basket -- after that it's up to them." Not exactly the kind of answer that inspires confidence. The assistant manager, David, eventually came out but didn't introduce himself until I asked. While I explained the situation, he typed on his handheld device and told me another store "might" have some, even though I had already checked. Then he asked if I wanted to place the order again. At that point, the answer was no. It's disappointing that a store known for customer service dropped the ball so completely. I ended up ordering the product from Walmart online, and it will be delivered this week. The lack of follow‑through -- and the dismissive comment from the employee -- was the final straw.

I understand, they really only want to sell the high profit fake pills, vitamins and potions that have no scientific backing. But to get customers in, they really should stock the produce department, the dairy department and the grocery department. Today 12/29/25, the produce department was empty at 10:00AM. No lettuce, No celery, No kale, No pre-washed lettuce or salads. Sprouts is the only store that carrier a certain non dairy coffee creamer. Usually, I buy 3 when I go in. Today, they had 1 in stock. If this Sprouts was truly a "Farmers Market", I'd worry about the farmer. Truly a disappointment.
