My appointment was made an on the day of, he arrived promptly. He was kind enough to respect my 'no shoes in house' policy, I did see him switch to an indoor slipper. It took about 2 hours but he did an amazing job cleaning my sofa. I had recently moved, and it got extra dirty from the moving trucks and things rubbing against it.
