He did a great job, but unfortunately my dog had two accidents on the rug after he cleaned it. I tried to spot clean it myself with Blue Coral, but that didn't work, so I called Michael and asked him to come back. He spot cleaned it on a Friday afternoon and it looked fantastic at first . . . On Monday morning when we returned to the office from the weekend it looked horrible. The yellow urine spots were dark brown. I called Michael and he returned for $50.00 and sprayed "brown out" on the stains twice or maybe 3 times, but the stains will not go away. At first, he told me it was my fault that I should not have used the Blue Coral, but then it occurred to me that I had been using Blue Coral on the rug over the last year before he cleaned it the first time, so it simply doesn't make sense that the Blue Coral caused the brown spots. I called him this morning to ask the next steps to remove the stains as they are still there, and he told me via text that he will have to charge us more money in order to come back. Bottom line, we feel he did something different when he spot cleaned the rug versus when he took the rug to his facility to clean. We're going to call a different service provider today as Michael doesn't seem to be able to remove the dark spots he created.

After the "haze-remover" the porcelain tile now has a smooth surface and my grout is clean like new.
