5/5 Stars - Hands down the best experience! Brandon at Best Junk Removal is absolutely incredible. From the moment I reached out, his responsiveness and communication were top-notch. Brandon answered right away, no fancy forms or waiting for call back. Wow. That's customer first focus! I needed a cleanout of an acquired Park Model and Arizona Room, East Mesa, which involved hauling away heavy furniture, beds, storage 'treasures' and more. He arrived exactly on time and worked incredibly efficiently. His truck is clean, his thoughtful manner and friendly smile fantastic. The pricing is totally transparent with absolutely zero hidden fees. Even when I kept adding "more" to the pile--like a big carpet and extra furniture--Brandon was so wonderful about it, pleasantly quoting the adjusted price before moving a single item. I love supporting local, family-owned businesses, and Brandon runs an outstanding, high-care operation. If you want junk removal done right, call Best Junk Removal immediately! My time/value/cost and experience and stress relief of getting this done in short order were top notch for hiring Brandon. Don't hesitate. read more

Best Junk Removal were hired to help clean out my 93 year old aunt's house in preparation for sale. She was a bit of a collector, had had three untrained dogs and had rented a room to a hoarder. Brandon and Aaron came on one of the record high days in July. They removed two organs, two china cabinets, a grandfather clock, several dressers, loveseats, couches, recliners, and soiled mattresses among other things. They worked without stop and without complaint. How they were able to load so much stuff within one truckload was amazing. At the end of it all they also pulled up some very nasty carpeting for us. I could not have been more pleased with the service Best Junk Removal provided. I selected them because they had the best pricing per volume and because they donated salvageable goods to a local charity. When shopping around, I recommend you ask the size of the truck as they are not all the same. Communication was outstanding and they arrived as schedule. You will not be disappointed when you hire them. Thank you, Brandon and.Aaron! read more

I've had a huge junk pile on the side of my house for over a year - silly me, I kept thinking I'd get to it eventually because I wanted to save the money it would cost to have it hauled away. When I finally realized I was never going to get to it, I came across the HIPPO phone number and thought it was cute and catchy so I called them. I'm really glad I did. Brandon is super great, nice and clean-cut and courteous and professional. The kind of guy you'd trust inside and outside your home. I left a message and he called me back within an hour. He was really thorough in cleaning up my huge pile of junk, even getting the little pieces I probably would have left behind if I'd been doing it myself. The price I thought was very reasonable as well. Definitely 5 stars. I'll be calling Brandon again when I need more help. Thanks Best Junk Removal!!! Sincerely, A very happy and satisfied customer read more

I reached out this morning with a quote request for a few items that I needed to discard of and Brandon immediately assured me that he could assist. Upon sharing what items I needed hauled away and receiving my quote, I made the decision to move forward. Brandon and team were able to get my items picked up within 35 mins of my calling, due to a previous cancellation. He was not only professional, but very pleasant and friendly to work with. I highly recommend him and his company to anyone seeking removal services. We'll definitely be repeat customers! read more

Fair, honest, responsive, reliable, and nice are all adjectives to describe Brandon and the service he provides. Junk removal doesn't seem like a priority until you need it and I needed it in the last stage of my father's relocation from AZ to NJ in May 2020. Brandon went above and beyond with invaluable service. As a small, service business owner, I so appreciate and respect Best Junk Removal. As an out of state, family caregiver I was relieved and grateful to rely on this company before and after we headed east. Five stars are not sufficient. read more

Brandon really helped me out when I was moving from Fountain Hills to Florida. I had a bunch of big items, like a bed that weighed a ton, desk, chairs etc... Brandon with Best Junk removal came and hauled it all away for a really decent price and with a great attitude... no complaining when I added more stuff. I would call him hands down. He arrived a little early, worked hard and basically saved my skin b/c I had to be out of my place in Fountain Hills the next day. read more

I traveled from Pennsylvania to Arizona to move my mother out of her place. Brandon was "Great" in his assistance of removing items for donations as well as trash. He worked well with our timelines and the prices were reasonable. He is very professional and I must say that I did share his phone number with others while in Arizona. I am so happy that our paths crossed in order for me to accomplish such a move in a short time. This is a 5 Star business! Robin H. read more

Brandon was great. Showed up ahead of schedule after calling to confirm that would be okay. Very polite. Very effective. Took everything from our shed, that he could, and even swept. There was a pan of motor oil that he could not take but he put it in a trash bag, to keep my vehicle clean, and told me I could take it to Auto Zone. I would use his service again. read more
