Sue was so friendly, helpful, patient, and responsive during the entire process and everything turned out beautifully! They were ready so quickly, too - we couldn't have been happier. It was nice meeting Ziggy as well and you can tell they really are attentive to a customer's needs. Customer service is top notch! My husband grew up in the area and highly recommended Busy Bee, so it was all very meaningful for us. We would definitely return in the future!

Even have our thank you wedding picture on their wall and have referred many people to them. I recently brought my ring in to have two sizing beads removed. they informed me they cannot do it in the store and it had to be sent out. I did not feel comfortable doing this, but they convinced me that it's totally safe and would be no longer than two days. I trusted them because they were the ones I purchased the ring from. Two days come and go and no phone call. I called them and they said they're still waiting for an estimate and it would take another four additional days! Another four days come and go still no call. I call again and they say it's going to be an additional two days. After those two days I go to the store personally to pick up the ring and it's not there as promised. I told Lou that this is ridiculous now it's been eight days when I was told two days. I was getting worried that my ring was lost and very upset. I wanted my ring back for an event that I was attending, I asked Lou if he could get it for me the next day. He said he would try but no promises and would call me. Never called me the next day. So then finally two days later I get a call. I go to pick up the ring and ask if they could take at least something off of this bill because it's now 10 days when they told me 2. He was polite and admitted that everyone who works in the store agrees that it shouldn't have taken this long but refused to take anything off the bill. Told him I was very upset how this was handled and that sadly we won't be coming back to their store again.

I have followed Roma from the beginning days of Atitas Flea market. I hated going to the flea…read moremarket but the great customer service and the reasonable pricing made walking through racks of knock off clothing and cheap toys bearable. When Atitas closed, Roma moved to his brick and mortar store in Massapequa. Of course I made the trek over there to buy my wife's engagement ring and later our wedding rings because all my siblings (and grandfather, lol) who bought engagement rings from Roma were happy with the purchase and of course, the appraisal afterwards. Plus the engravings were well done and included in the price. I highly suggest coming here for fine jewelry because they do not rush you while making a huge purchase and their pricing is completely fair. Just be cognizant of their hours, it's a little weird and rarely open after 5pm.

I would definitely recommend buying jewelry from Benny. I live in west Babylon and went to all the…read morefancy jewelry places in the town of Babylon and they were very over priced and pushy. I even had the one lady calling me every day trying to get me to go back in. I ended up going to Benny and had a request for a custom ring. Not only did he say he can do it but he said he could make it with a bigger stone and better metal for not much more then a competitor was selling it for. I gave him a down payment and he got started. Shortly after I got injured at work and fell short on cash. He aloud me to give him a small amount of money every pay check until it was paid off. I had one more payment to make on the ring then found out through a friend that my Gf didn't like the ring I was picking out. I asked Benny if I could change the order even though he had already got the diamond, mold and had even poured the metal to cast the ring. He looked at me and said "No problem" no questions asked and after all that work he let me cancel that order and I put the money I had already given him into buying a beautiful ring that he had in the shop and my Gf loves it! He is an honest and understanding man and I feel that he truly holds the buyers best interest as apposed to just trying to make a quick buck off people. Go to Benny!
