When Jennifer started with us we thought she was great. It became a nightmare very quickly. She was to conduct a report for our lawyers after evaluating myself, my ex husband, and my daughter. My ex husband at the time had some issues with alcohol and since been identified as neglectful towards our child. When it was time to publish the report, she kept giving excuses and giving different dates to publish. TWO YEARS went by and the report was never published. My attorney as well as myself reached out to her multiple times, showed up to her office, she completely avoided us. We had to have a judge ORDER HER to complete the report. She still did not do that. She ended up having to return us our money we paid her and even then it's an injustice. Wasted time, wasted money, and even worse my own child warmed up to her and asking "why don't I go to see Ms. Jennifer anymore?" The most unprofessional experience I have ever incurred at the hands of a "licensed professional" and I will be filing a formal complaint with the board. This person shouldn't even hold a license.

Lately, I have been dealing with Anxiety and I have anxiety attacks maybe once a week. I tried to deal with my anxiety on my own and one night I had my anxiety attack and i decided to seek help. I used google and found this website that has psychiatrist to book and I booked Megan Blevins, I was very excited because I feel that I am going to get help, my appointment is on a Monday, I took off because I told myself this is a day for myself. went inside the office and the lady asked me if I have an appointment and i said yes and she asked if I used the Headway website and I said I don't know and I just used google, so I looked at my appointment and it says Headway... so that's when it went downhill.. she said that the Headway website doesnt worked with their system therefor I did not have any appointment. I was LIVID, i need help and this is what I get. The receptionist try to make a appointment with other day but I refused to give them my time and money. As a business, if you know you are having issues with that system why use it? or why not give a warning stating "hey! this is a fake website but put your information and waste your time going here". and the worst part is I left a VM to Megan Blevins and she never called me back. This place doesnt deserve to have any star at all.

I've been seeing Dr. Madkaiker for 4 or 5 years now, since my last psychiatrist retired. I saw a…read morecouple of other psychiatrists before I found Dr. Madkaiker and when I saw him for my first visit, I knew he was the doctor for me. Like most psychiatrists, appointments are not very long. They are not therapists; they are there to manage your medications. Dr. Madkaiker has been very good to me. When I first started seeing him, I had been on the same medications for many years and they had been working great. He listened to me and actually believed me and that I knew about my body and he kept me on the same meds. Many other new doctors want to start changing meds around. I'm of the mindset of "if it's not broke, don't fix it." When I had cancer and had to have a kidney removed, I had no choice but to finally get off one medication that was helping me the most because it would have interfered with my kidney function and I only have the one left. He took me down off that medication and then introduced a new medication. The new medication he chose doesn't work quite as well as the other one (but we knew it wouldn't), but it does work pretty darn well. He always listens at each visit and he makes suggestions and allows me to choose my treatment with him. It really makes me feel like I have a say in what is happening with my mind and body. Telehealth appointments! Yes! I'm all about those! His front office staff is phenomenal! Tommy works the front office and I absolutely love him! He's usually the one who calls me and I'm always thrilled when he answers the phone! I like the other people in the front office too, but I just feel Tommy has made a point to get to know me and I enjoy talking with him. I love the fact that after Telehealth appointments, they always call me within half an hour or so to make my next appointment. Major points for that because I would totally forget! If you are in need of a psychiatrist, I highly recommend Dr. Madkaiker. I've been seeing shrinks since 1987 and he is one of the best I have ever seen!! Wheelchair and service dog friendly!
