Totally mislead me on warranty. Do not trust what they tell you!! they told me the stain resistant carpet and pad was guaranteed against stains. First stain I got after 2 months, they told me the warranty didn't apply and I was on my own to deal with it. I bought my "engineered" hardwood floor many years ago and it was good for about 5 years. The installation was terrible and is now buckling. When I made a complaint to Best Flooring, they sent a man who said it was probably due to water damage. Water, what water? There's been no water in the library which is the only place that is buckling. Well you may have had your sprinklers hitting the outside wall and that caused moisture. We have no sprinklers near that wall because we have pavers all around the house. We hired a repair person who said the buckling was due to improper installation. That is not however, why I am writing today. I purchased two bottles ($14.95/bottle) of Best Buy Harwood floor cleaner. I've been using the product ever since installation and I like it. I bought two bottles about 2 years ago. I took one of the bottles out of the closet today and it had grown what appears to be bacteria IN the solution. It's absolutely gross and stinks. This was the second of the two. There was nothing wrong with the first one and this one had never been opened. I took the bottle to the Clermont store today and while the clerk agreed that it was a defective product, his offer of "I could take your name and information and maybe Leesburg can refund your money" was wholly inadequate. He said he was all out of the product but NEVER offered to give me a bottle when it was back in stock. So I'm out $14.99 in floor cleaner and Best Flooring is out of a customer. Absolutely TERRIBLE response to a customer complaint. I am looking to re-carpet my baster bedroom and I will certainly look elsewhere. read more

There sales people are always helpful and their installers are professional. I never have any conerns when I purchase products from this flooring center. Best Flooring Center Fruitland Park did a horrible job on our tile floors. They said they would send out their best installer. The installer took the easy way to save tile and started on the large wall instead of measuring and cutting properly. He said our new tiles could not be lined up to existing tiles. The job looks unprofessional. When I had another company come out for their opinion, they said absolutely the tiles SHOULD have and COULD have been lined up but that the installer just want to get the job done so he could go to the next job. The installer also put in the listillos wrong which I did not know about until the other company pointed it out to me. The installer told his manager thatt I told him to do it the way he did. I know nothing about tile installation and did not tell him how to do his job. I complained and the manger agreed the job could have been done differently but DID NOTHING about it.
