The technician told me he needed $339 to repair the gear and sprocket. I did not have to repair the sprocket and I have the Chamberlain we removed that is fine. YOU HUNG UP on me when I asked who owned the company and I wanted to call the owner. I can take the Chamberlain garage door opener to them to show them it does not have a broken sprocket. You refused to give me a name and I recorded the conversation. I was not demanding any money from you. I asked for the name of the owner as I was going to ask for some kind of compensation. I am still going to go tomorrow to the court house to find out who owns the company. Maybe it's you? If so, I may even file a small claims court lawsuit since I have the Chamberlain that does not have a broken sprocket as proof that your repair man lied. $339 to fix and then said $500 or $600 for a new garage door opener and then he tried to instill fear. This company sucks!!!!!! Do not use this company for garage door service. I had one tech come out twice because my door would not go up or down. He comes out put a strut on door and adjust sensors. Charged $155. An hour later I'm leaving the house, garage would go down. Had tech come back out. Adjusted sensors again. An hour later leaving the house, the garage would not go down again. Called again the office manager (Jule or Jewel) tells me there would be another service charge and whatever the diagnosis is because last service call was courtesy. I responded how is it a courtesy when the problem was never fixed. I told her send another tech. The diagnosis was wire was not making a connection in the box. Then was charged another $45 WTH!!!
