It seems kinda hard to get a good cut nowadays and they take everything into account (how often you wash your hair, if your keeping it in a ponytail often, etc)! Let me first start off by saying that I have been coming to this location for my son since we moved…read moreto the area in 2018. Generally speaking, the place is pretty clean, and the staff is decent, although some stylists are better than others. That said, the reason for my lower rating is due to their ridiculous policies (seemingly since the Pandemic, but not talking about the safety factors). Most recently, we had an appointment in which due to traffic, we were 7 minutes late. 7 minutes. Upon walking in, I was told that I missed my appointment window and there was no one to cut my sons hair because "our stylists have to pick up their kids". Honestly i thought it came off as rude, but I let it go. Then I get a text that I was a no call/no show to the appointment. In 4 years of coming here, this is my 2nd time being late. The first time, I'm not sure I even hit 5 minute late mark, and was also told then that I missed the appointment "window". I am usually in and out of the place in about 10 minutes, so it shouldn't be unreasonable to still take an appointment for being a few minutes late, especially considering it almost never happens. The other thing that irked me, and should have been my queue stop bringing my kids here, was how many of their "promotional and safety" emails were worded during the pandemic. While I appreciated the safety protocols, it seemed not everyone followed them correctly (and believe me, they had very specific rules that you had to follow, some of which were ridiculous). So for those people, whoever handles their e-mail marketing decided it was wise to literally berate and scold parents as if they were children themselves. So much so, that it was actually a topic of hilarious conversation with a handful of parents. All I can say is to do better by your customers and loosen some of your policies. For now at least, I can no longer support a business that can't support or accommodate their customers when rare situations arise.

While I am not partial to one stylist over another, I tend to get haircuts across the board that I like and have been happy with! The stylists here are fast and efficient with their men's cuts. I have only walked in for a cut and have been seen pretty quickly, but if you are going here for more involved management of your hair, your better off calling for an appointment.
