They take out your clothes from the washing machines and toss them to the side if you don't take them out right away. They also will watch you put your clothes in the dryer and lock them inside while they're still drying if you don't grab them 5 minutes before they close. They don't care about anyone or anything except their money. Do not come here!!! There are plenty of other good quality laundromats in the area that actually care about the people in their community.

Shout out to Ms. Lori! The only time i saw her pause in cleaning was to help a customer. She swept, cleaned folding counters, wiped out the washer doors, and cleaned out lint traps. Recently I had brought a…read morebridesmaid dress in for alterations, really just needed the straps shortened - tried on the dress and the woman pinned one side of the dress saying she would would measure to the one pinned so both straps would be the same. I was referred to them by a very reputable seamstress that was too busy to alter the dress for me, so I assumed Best Cleaners must do a great job.... little did I know they suck!!!!! Picked up the dress and tried it on the day before the wedding...the strap that was pinned was fine and the other strap was never shortened and was sewn in backwards! The wedding was in Maine and we were leaving at 8am the next morning, before the store even opened. So I had to wear a chiffon dress with uneven straps, one of which that was sewn in backwards!! After going back and forth with the employees over the phone for over a week and showing up in the store twice in person, I finally had to send an email to the manager voicing my frustrations, asking for a credit to my account and asking for a phone call from him so I could speak to him. I got an email response, no phone call, stating that my account would be credited and that he understands that I will never trust their business again. Basically a generic response, through email not in person, to put a band aid over the issue, instead of addressing the issue in person head on like a normal manager would do. I felt like my business wasn't wanted and that he could careless whether or not I had an issue with them. The sad thing is they pick up/deliver to my work which is very convenient, but I would rather drive somewhere else where I'm treated like a person and where my business is valued and appreciated. I was so upset because although not an expensive coat, I absolutely loved it. When I came back in, Jason was so apologetic and I told him I didn't want my money for the coat (even though he offered me 100% of what I paid for it) I just wanted him to try and fix it. The easy way out would have been to just give me my money and let me be on my way. The team there, was able to work some magic and somehow get my coat almost 90% back to the original size.
