Aline, from Best Choice, came out the same day and walked the house with me. We needed a deep clean in a fairly large home. She sent the right crew size, explained what they would be doing and what they would need. The three ladies showed up early and worked hard all day long. They cleaned all surfaces top to bottom, wall, woodwork, floors, windows. They were incredibly hard workers, and always smiling and pleasant. They efficiently moved from room to room working around us as we finished clearing rooms for them to clean. I am extremely happy with the service provided. We are asking ourselves why we didn't do this before. Well worth the money spent. I highly recommend Aline and her team.

My husband and I would never have had the time or energy to clean it with the depth and detail that this team did. We are both fairly meticulous and detail-oriented people, and as we walked around the house following the cleaning, all we could say was, "Wow!" The cleaners moved the furniture in every room to thoroughly clean the floors, cleaned our oven, cleaned out our refrigerators, cleaned the windows inside and outside, and even made a bed that had clean sheets waiting on top of it (which I was planning to do myself and didn't expect). My kitchen sink is so clean it looks like a new sink. I've shopped around with other cleaning services for the past few months, and their prices are completely reasonable and actually a little more affordable than some of the other quotes I received. The cleaners were very nice and easy to work with, and the communication with Grafton Custom Cleaners has been responsive and clear from beginning to end. Highly recommend!
