I recommended them to a friend and they installed a backup camera and they worked with them to understand how it worked and how the controls are different from original but works great. Would recommend but take your time to ask questions and listen and look it up there is a lot going on with all the new stuff on the market and they do care.

We had dropped off the laptop an hour before closing on a Monday and the laptop was ready for pick up the next afternoon. Upon picking it up, the owner shared some business cards and I shared them within my office. For any future computer needs, this will be my first call for help!

This older guy was trying to make me pay monthly payments when I've been saying I want to pay full and trade in my phone to make it cheaper. This he asked me " are you understanding me" I said "I'm not understanding him because I just want to 200 dollar off for the trade in not do the monthly 500 of the bill every month. Then, the older lady came to me saying the same thing you get the 500 in the sense of a cheaper phone bill with paying full value of the new iPhone. I could see the wo(man) shaking. For some reason the older employee was rude and terrible at their job and the two younger men were nice and understood what I was trying to do. Now I'm going to the Apple Store to buy my phone because that is where the nice people are. Lastly, basically they didn't want to do the trade-in because they were about to close they said at 7:06 but they close at 8pm.
