Less than a month ago I took my phone in for repair (12-16-2025) today is 1-11-2026 and the screen is already failing. it supposed to have a warranty on the screen that was installed so when I went back to have that screen repaired\replaced under the warranty the gentleman before even taking the phone and inspecting it said that's "physical damage" it's not covered under warranty mind you at this time he has not even seen the screen. and refused to warranty the screen but would give me a discount seeing that I have already gave this establishment $400 to make the original repairs that was Mid par at best I told him I wouldn't be having him make the repairs and that I would be writing a review to warn others of their less than honest business model I would not recommend anyone to use this business for any service you can have repairs done anywhere all they have to sell you is customer service and they do not have that read more

I took my PS5 in to have the HDMI port replaced on 7/17/24 they did the job quickly and at first appeared to be all good, but pretty soon it started losing video while playing it, I would wiggle the hdmi and it would come back, then today it went out and I had to work for 30 minutes or so to get it back long enough I could get the system turned off. I tried multiple hdmi cables with no luck, I called them to ask them to look at it and they said they would, but if any repairs were needed that they would be charging for them again that they would not warranty the soldering job they already did! they charged me $150 for a shoddy repair that they won't warranty!! I found Phone Doctors in Tulsa that says they'll repair it for $130 and give a 90 day warranty on their soldering jobs. Digital Doc just says there's no way their solder job could fail and that they will not warranty it. They say it would only fail if someone jolted the machine around. Anyone that knows anything about soldering knows that if you did a quality soldering job it's NOT coming undone because of some jostling or bumping around. If that PlayStation was hit hard enough to undo quality a soldering job then it would be missing a substantial chunk of the machine and would be evident that it was not due to their work that caused the issue! My system was not jostled or dropped or even bumped and had been kept out of reach of children. Digital Doc just doesn't want to stand behind their work and will not be getting anymore of my business. I'm just sorry I didn't do more research and find Phone Doc in Tulsa in the first place, if you have confidence in your work then you should be able to back it up with a warranty like they do! read more

Less than a year ago I took my laptop here to have the screen replaced as I had cracked it. First of all they charged me $120 just to "diagnose" the laptop when the screen was clearly broken. About a week later I was informed it was going to cost $480 for a new screen. I went ahead and paid it and that was the end of it. Fast forward to a couple of weeks ago and my laptop screen just goes black. I again bring it back to digital doc where they proceed to charge me another $120 just to "diagnose" it. I found this appalling because they just replaced the screen less than a year ago and weren't offering anything or any kind of warranty. Fast forward a week later they tell me the screen is broken and it needs to be replaced for over $500. There was no physical or any damage they could find. It was really disappointing considering I've already spent over $600 with them and they won't even honor a screen they replaced when it broke less than a year later. Because of this I was forced to just buy a new laptop as I cannot afford to have this happen again. Warning to all Stillwater residents: DO NOT ever take your computers to Digital Doc. They nearly destroyed my Macbook Pro after I brought it in for a routine hard drive "clean up" and installation of some extra RAM (which I'm told should be pretty easy for someone who works in computers). Now, granted, I don't know much about computers, and I would not be able to do that stuff myself, but that's why I took it to someone who is SUPPOSED to be professional. Yet, they had NO CLUE what they were doing, and AFTER my computer had a full crash/meltdown they even CONFESSED to having no clue what they were doing and to having to GOOGLE everything. Hell, I could have done that! If I had known from the start that they would be doing that, we'd have taken it somewhere else. Worst of all, when I told them that they had caused the eventual crash (a fact verified by Apple), they denied it and refused to give me my money back... and it wasn't cheap. I've seriously considered suing, except the court costs would probably be more than what I would win. So, I'm telling you all... DIGITAL DOC IS A RIP-OFF. THEY HAVE NO CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND WILL DESTROY YOUR COMPUTER. DO NO GO THERE. read more

I wouldn't even waist my time with them I took my phone in for a cracked screen and the next day my phone wont slide amymore or even charge properly, so I take it back in and now all of a sudden there is a short in the phone and glue all over my phone. My phone battery on my IPhone 6 wasn't holding a charge. They were super fast, reasonably priced, and nice. They also didn't pressure me into buying anything additional or trying to get me to upgrade my phone. Students get a discount too. Took my daughters Kindle in for a minor repair. The part they got in to fix it was defective, so they had to order another part. Ok, fine. Then, they dropped it. Broke the screen! They had to order another screen to replace it, that part was defective! WHAT??? It's now been almost a month to get my daughters Kindle back. Don't go here!!! Go anywhere else but here!!! read more
