I found everything except the mousepad so I asked the employee, It took him a while, but in the end he got it. The deals I got were definitely worth it. I'd go again, I highly recommend. This is probably one of the top best buys I've been to in the GTA. I just used my warranty coverage on the PS4 to exchange my controller. The staff are well verses in all genres of items in their store and I can have an educated conversation with them all the time about products. Stock is always plentiful. read more

Customer service in this store is awful. I tried to buy 2 laptops today. When I inquired about stock the sales guy had multiple negative remarks about Best Buy. I asked him to check other stores and he suggested I google it myself. I recognize they don't get paid commissions but at the very least the staff should want to help customers. Instead of acting like me shopping in their store is an inconvenience to their Sunday afternoon. Too bad their are no other options in Milton. Absolutely terrible. read more

Worst service ever! Went in at noon on a Saturday, hardly any customers or staff in the store. Knew exactly what we wanted, an IPad, and could not get anyone to assist us. We asked for help twice, was told "we're working on finding you someone". We wasted 10 minutes of my lunch break then decided to leave and go to IConnect instead where we were served immediately, got we went in for and still had time to grab a quick bite. NEVER BUY FROM BEST BUY...Worst customer service. I bought geek protection for a laptop a year ago and paid $200+ now they have a "new" policy and won't transfer it. I called the store to make sure they had 2 fitbits I wanted. They said no problem they would put them on hold for me. I asked them to be sure as I had to drive over an hour to get there (no other store had 2 in stock). I got there and they didn't have any. When asked why was I told by the staff inside the store that they had the product - I was told 'no idea'. Thanks for wasting my time. Best Buy is THE WORST STORE FOR SERVICE!, I had a Low end home theatre Pioneer amp , not even 3 months old . Had original box and all the particulars, called spoke to the SO CALLED MANAGER, told all is well come down for a exchange. When I arrived THE NEW current Manager helped me locate the amp and was ready to exchange it. I happened to notice a GREAT DEAL on A MORE EXPENSIVE ONE AND WAS GOING TO BUY THAT ONE . Then out of no ware A NEW MANAGER APPEARED, apparently the REAL manager and he informed me that all that was said and decided by the other SO CALLED MANAGERS in now VOID. NO receipt no exchange bye have a good night. SO I decided to enlighten him and then I was threatened with , "I will call the Police" to "don't talk over me". Well I called corporate and they replaced my amp no problem and I have a Case against this Manager pending With Best Buy Canada . I Hope this Guy gets the Boot and is applying for EI soon as he needs to realize that the world does not revolve around him. read more

Not sure why such hate for a Best Buy. It is a large store that sells electronics. Staff are friendly but most are not technical. The building itself is new and everything inside looks modern. read more
