I stopped by here at 1:32pm on a Friday to buy some new AirPods as I had the 1st generation air pods pro and they were acting up. I have a Best Buy credit card and recently got a $135 in Best Buy certificate. What better way to spend it than on upgrading my AirPods?! Lol The store is separated by product type and brands. Apple products are located to the right when you walk in. When I walked in the section, an associate spoke. I told him what I wanted and he told me he had to get them. He left and came back a minute later and I checked out right in that section. I was in and out in about 6 minutes, which was awesome as I was on my lunch break and needed to head back to the office.

Honestly I pretty much reserve by reviews for restaurants but with the excellent service given to me today I needed to put some notes down. Denver was an amazing sales person all three times I came in today. She helped me look for a mouse and sold me a monitor. She help me look for my dad's computer. He wasn't ready to buy. She helped me look for adapters for my computer to run dual monitors. All with a smile. And all while assisting other customers or just giving them a friendly note that she would be right with them. I am in customer service and it would be great to have more people like her. The store was great. Everything was clean everything was well stocked and every employee that I met with had a smile. Customer service, phones, security at the front desk, everyone. Great job

Per usual, lots of employees milling about but no one bothered to ask me if they could help. After awhile, my mother in law went to hunt someone down and found Blake, a supervisor. He was very kind and immediately helped with our purchase of Apple AirPods. My mother in law wanted a pair of the 2nd gens and they were the lowest price (along with Target) that was closest. They got my business this time but they've missed out on multiple occasions just because I can't get anyone to help.

buy your tvs elsewhere i bought a warranty and was told that Best Buy wouldn't replace my tv when it was damaged what's the point of a warranty shop elsewhere don't give Best Buy your Money

My new curve monitor. Larger and MUCH clearer than the one I had before.

This Best Buy location just continues to go down hill. Associates aren't very knowledgeable or friendly. Definitely my last visit here!

Staff seems busy at all times which isn't a bad thing but it always seems to be a problem to get help from someone in any department

Not so with Queen City. They delivered a Whirlpool fridge to me that didn't cool. They kept saying to wait 24 hours--nothing. I kept getting tossed around from the Charlotte store, where Queen City is based to the Greensboro store, trying to resolve the issue, but it took six days to "resolve"--and by that I mean I cancelled the order altogether. Customer service would say they'd call me back but never did. Not one person apologized for the inconvenience to me or for their shoddy response to their defective product. I bought the same fridge at Lowe's and it hasn't given me a problem. Their customer service was top notch, too. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM QUEEN CITY.

G&H specializes in the Whirlpool line of appliances. We were looking for a refrigerator…read morealternative to Lowes and Home Depot who tend to feature LG and Samsung products and have very few Whirlpool brands on display (Maytag, KitchenAid, Jenn-Air, Amana and others). G&H had a good selection. They were very friendly, and helpful. Their prices are competitive with Lowes and Home Depot (actually $2 cheaper, by design). Unfortunately we live pretty far out of their delivery zone, so we weren't able to purchase the KitchenAid we viewed. Still, I wanted to recommend anyone in the market to give G&H a shot.

David at G & H called me everyday to give me an update and delivered us a brand new unit when the "old" one couldn't be repaired in a timely manner. Hands down the best customer service I have experienced in a very long time. Thank you G & H for taking the sting out of a frustrating problem. We will be back to purchase future appliances from you!
