I've…read moreliterally spent hours on the phone with Bell tech support, plus have gone to Apple, Bell corporate stores, and even third party providers and no one seemed to understand how to address it. All of them offered a "strong recommendation" that I JUST change my email to some other email provider or get a phone other than IPhone and left it at that. That's much easier said than done when I've had the same e-mail for 20+ years and have many email files containing important emails that I need to be able to access. No seemed to be able to help until I called CTE. The tech listened carefully to my concerns, explained the problem, and offered several options in a clear non-tech way that I could understand. He then helped me set up a new email, walked me through transferring all of my existing folders and email to the new email account, and set everything up specific to my needs so that I could make the transition as simply and painlessly as possible. He spent less than an hour solving a 5+ year problem that no one else seemed able to solve. I definitely recommend going to this company as they genuinely understand "how it all works" and will help find the solution for YOU. You won't be disappointed!

The tech said it came in the shop like that yet it was not recorded on the order while every scratch was! Then after taking my money they told me they could not fix the laptop because they did not have the part. The worse thing of all after I took it to Best Buy I was told that my laptop was never open they were the first to open it. So how did PC Girls determine the problem?? Unfortunately, it turned out that she had no idea what an NAND reader was and they weren't able to recover the data off the card. I spoke with a manager, who agreed to reduce the invoice but it was still time and money wasted. I wish I'd have been able to speak to a more knowledgeable person from the get-go.

After waiting for 8 months to fight these charges and with a hefty retainer paid, this is the stunt they pulled. I received a call 3 days before trial by Mr Peters secretary. This was a Wednesday morning, with trial on Friday. She demanded Seven thousand dollars immediately or Mr Peters would not be defending me Friday morning. This had not been mentioned before that an extra seven thousand dollars would be required up front. A rate of $250 an hour had been agreed upon to which he never had more than 5 hours work into my file. I had the money but I had no way to have it electronically transferred in time. Not to mention she demanded a certified check. Luckily family came through but what is to be said about this type of pressure tactic? As expected the charges were thrown out but this behavior by Howard Peters and his employee has left a bad taste in my mouth. When I asked for a detailed bill I received a one page document with a couple of sentences discussing a handful of conversations undergone on my behalf and one day in court that's it, Eleven thousand dollars gone. I would not recommend doing business with someone who behaves like this. I look forward to him challenging this review someday because I can back up every detail here and a hell of a lot more. I am sure there are those in the law society that would not be impressed with this type of behavior either..
