I thought it was just the hormones, but then I called For Kids Sake. When I called, Julie had me on the phone for over an hour; setting up appointment times to meet, outlining their policies, talking about pregnancy and having small babies. Julie said so many times, "Come meet us... If we're not for you and your family, we are just happy to show you around and show you what's out there." We walked in and I could see each child felt loved. The teachers are keenly aware of the childrens' individual needs. Our daughter is getting ready to join her young preschool friends in a couple months and she is excited. I am excited because she is so well cared for at school. I feel so lucky that she has a place to learn and grow. It's a bonus that she's learned tons of sign language, is singing songs about cleaning up at home, and taking care of her things (like her coat and shoes). I would never hesitate to recommend FKS.

For Kid's Sake Early Learning Center is the only place I want my daughter to be. I feel content…read moreknowing that she will be loved and cared for all day long, as well as enriched on an academic level. She is writing her name, letters and numbers, and can even teach me some sign language. And I thought I was the teacher! She loves playing with her friends, being a carefree kid, and I love being a carefree parent. I know that no matter what kind of day she may be having, she will be treated kindly, fairly and with compassion. Although she is not old enough to identify why this place is so great, besides the wonderful friends and fun teachers, I can tell that she feels the same way I do since she BEGS me to take her to "her school" each week. With such a great start, her excitement for learning and school will hopefully continue on for many years.

Please, tutors, you are teaching reading, spelling and math...spell check your company, first. Then I may trust you to teach my kids to spell. 2) We ended up going to Sylvan in Brighton. Christine and Adam have been tutoring the 2nd grader for almost 3 years for reading, writing and math. In the middle of 2nd grade, he was reading and writing above grade level. I thought we could quit Sylvan...20-20 hindsight...BIG MISTAKE! We had failed 4 subjects in 4th grade. 3rd grade...Adam said if he were in public school, he would have had a early intervention and a computer to help him with writing (He has very hard to read handwriting, and it takes him forever to write.) At the end of 3rd grade, I asked the school if he could bring a laptop from home. They said we should wait until the beginning of 4th grade and see what the teacher thinks. Well...it's the beginning of 4th grade, we had a meeting with his teacher and support team, and he MAY get to use a computer this year ;) I think, if he can use a computer, he MAY GET HONOR ROLL by the final grade period!! He is so excited!

She was extremely patient, helpful, competent, and a very good and effective instructor. She taught me all about the road rules, parking strategies, and even helped me overcome my fear of driving on the highway. I took the road test a few days after the lesson and passed it on the first try itself. I was a little nervous because of the rule that Naheel could not administer the road-test for me. But her husband, who did the road test, was also very fair and professional. My passing the road test would not have been possible without the excellent and patient coaching provided by Naheel during my lesson. I highly recommend this company to all new drivers, especially if you are an adult-driver who needs to get a US license.

Horrible experience. Do not recommend. The female instructor was disrespectful, unprofessional, and…read morein the end, attempted to deflect attention from her poor behavior by directing toward us an accusation of some unnamed and ungrounded 'prejudice' against her. WTF?! Here's a detailed timeline if you want to read more. 1. I scheduled an appointment with them at 12:30, showed up at 12:10. During the wait, nobody told me what I needed to do. At around 12:20, I walked up to a male instructor and let him know that I had an appointment at 12:30. He told me to wait until it was my turn, and someone would come to me. Nobody ever came up to me. 2. At around 12:40, I went up to a female instructor who just came back from a road test. I told her that I had an appointment at 12:30. The female instructor told me that she was running late and was supposed to leave at 1:00 pm. She had to do another test originally scheduled at 12:00, but another instructor would do my test instead. She didn't apologize to anyone affected by her delay. 3. At around 1 pm, the male instructor came back. I went up to him and told him again that my test was scheduled at 12:30, but he had another test to do and said I would be the next. 4. At around 1:20, the female instructor came back. I didn't expect her to give me the test because she said she was going to leave at 1:00, but I saw her standing 30 feet away from my car seemingly waiting for me like I was supposed to know what to do. 5. As I pulled up to her, she didn't come close to my window or anything. I brought my documents and walked up to her. She started saying that she wouldn't be giving me the test, but she would help fill up my paperwork. 6. As she was filling up the paperwork, she asked me where I learned to drive. I wasn't sure what kind of answer I was supposed to give her, like which road I learned to drive on? I thought she might've asked 'when' instead of 'where' so I tried to confirm with her. Then she changed the question to who taught me to drive. I told her "it was my friend, to be more specific, my husband". She hesitated and asked, 'so...your partner?' I sensed some hostility towards my homosexuality but I didn't take it very seriously as there might be some cultural and/or religious difference. 7. After she was done with the paperwork, she instructed me to start the road test. Wait, what? I thought she wasn't going to do my road test? When did it change? Maybe she's just gonna do my parking test and let the other instructor take over after? Anyway, I was glad if she was to give me the road test because it means I didn't have to wait any longer, but I would appreciate it more if I could be informed of any plan change for the test I paid for. 8. After the parking test, she got in my car. I explained to her that I was planning to adjust my mirrors even though they were already adjusted because I heard people say it's a must in the test. She didn't respond. But as I was adjusting the mirrors, she asked very impatiently, 'Can you move?' 9. The way she spoke with me and the way she gave instructions during the road test was very condescending with a lack of respect and professionalism. Despite me waiting for about an hour and how uncomfortable she made me feel, I showed her great respect. Each time she 'issued a command', I would say 'okay, thank you' to show my appreciation for her time and to confirm that her instruction was received. 10. In the end, we had an argument. She stormed out of my car without a proper conclusion. I said to her as she was getting in her car, ''thank you for making us wait for one hour". She replied, "You are welcome" with contempt on her face. I guess some people take pride in being rude. 11. She didn't give me my receipt so we drove to their office to get it. She kept us locked out the whole time except when she handed out the receipt. When my husband pointed out that she was tardy and unprofessional, she just threw at our face an unexplained and ungrounded accusation of us being prejudicial.
