If you're looking for your next home, I can't recommend NorthWest Crossing Apartments enough!…read moreMy partner and I rent a two-bedroom, two-bath apartment, and we absolutely LOVE it. From the moment we moved in this past September, it's felt like home. The design is stunning modern stainless steel appliances, chic glass cabinet accents, and beautiful flooring that complements any décor style. It's truly an aesthetically pleasing and versatile space that fits whatever vibe you're going for. The amenities make everyday living feel like a resort whether it's relaxing in the sauna and hot tub, getting a great workout in the spotless gym, grilling and hosting friends at the outdoor bar area, or even practicing your swing or shot in the state-of-the-art sports simulator (yes, golf, football, lacrosse, and basketball!). What really makes NorthWest Crossing stand out, though, is the incredible management team. They're attentive, kind, and genuinely care about residents. One day, I struggled to carry a heavy package from the mailroom, and an employee said he'd speak with Kaela (the property manager) to find a better solution for deliveries. That level of care and responsiveness is something you don't find everywhere! And with 24/7 on-site security, I always feel safe and supported -- a huge plus. If you're looking for a place that combines modern luxury, amazing amenities, and a community that truly values its residents, NorthWest Crossing Apartments in Bozeman is the place to be!

We cleaned our apartment very well, up to at least Hilton hotels housekeeping standards which I once worked for. And somehow they still "found" 10 hours of "work" they still needed to "clean". Think that they will wait for you to give them a 30 day notice intent to vacate, think again. I left for two weeks to go home for a bit during summer, only to come back to find our that they thought I had abandoned the apartment and I had three days to find a new place, and they already had my apartment rented out to someone else. Well I find a new place the next day, once I told green tree they then decided I only had 12 hours, not 72 hours as previously told to clean the apartment and leave. Walls and floors are incredibly thin, you will hear everything your neighbors are doing, playing, heck even them walking around sounds like a marching band. And of course yes they will be able to hear everything your doing. If you like your cars suspension don't park here, massive potholes everywhere, parking lot hasn't been worked on for years. Save yourself do not go to these people, they will figure out any underhanded way to get your wallet they can.

Within hours, he had arranged to show my daughter and her boyfriend a few homes of their choosing. They are first time home buyers and Chase patiently explained every step of the process. He seemed to "have their back" and looked out for concerning issues that they would not have noticed. In less than a month, he had them under contract for the purchase of a beautiful home. He helped them through inspections, closing docs and even home insurance coverage, as it was tough for them to get a policy these days. If you want a realtor who is professional, very knowledgeable and will look out for your best interests, I highly recommend Chase!

There was constant music playing and the grounds were not kept up, there were chicken bones and beer cans everywhere. I had to pull chicken bones wrapped in paper towels out of my dogs throat more then I should have. With that said it has gotten much better. Our maintenance manager Albert is on top of everything. He keeps the grounds clean and checks on tenants like myself regularly. With the ice and snow arriving I have seen Albert out there salting the sidewalks alongside the company who's actually responsible for this task. Im sure maintaining and fixing the units is not an easy task because I've seen how some of these people leave the units.

Not only did they come in with a very competitive bid, but they scheduled, prepared, and performed their work very competently. They painted our kitchen, dining, living room and entryway (one large room with a 16 foot ceiling). Prep included repairing some really nasty settling cracks and a large split where the wall meets the ceiling and in the ceiling itself. We can't even tell where all these cracks were. The work was done in the time estimated (3 days). We are more than pleased, and even referred Garrett and Brooke to our next door neighbors for exterior painting.
