You can tell Weed and Feed instills this mentality in their employees as well, they have always been friendly and accommodating to my needs (and careful of the gate to get into the yard). I have rarely had a concern with how my lawn looks (and it's very lush and green) but when I have, my concerns have been taken care of immediately and professionally. I recommend Weed and Feed to anyone who asks about lawn service- I've had nothing but trouble with quality and customer service from big lawn companies!

And the guys were always happy, friendly and courteous. I have hired other lawn services before, and Jared, the owner of GRR, is the only one who took the time to communicate with me when they had to delay a day because of weather...which I really appreciated. I also like the option to pay them online with a credit card. (Paying online is just easier than trying to catch the guys out there or sending a check). Also, I like that it's a small, local lawn service, not a national chain.

The driver always unloads exactly where I ask him to and everyone is always very nice. I love that they are a family run business and that they always take the time to make sure my little friends can watch. (it is so exciting for them!) Their sand and wood chips are good quality and competitively priced. The delivery fee is worth the convenience for me, especially when I need several yards.
