Staff: very friendly and attentive, hearing stories about how long someone has been coming in. The shave: everyone does things a little different but at a 50 dollar shave before tip I didn't expect to be out of the chair in 18 minutes. I did ask not to go up on the cheeks do to sensitivity but down and sideways was fine and told him he could go up when under the chin. When I was done he said going sideways was the same as going up so he ONLY went down. I still felt stubble under the chin but like I said, everyone does things differently. Overall: the cashier and owner were great, when she heard I wasn't completely satisfied they offered me a gift card to come back to the owner for a shave but I wouldn't do that to his son who sits behind him.
