I politely asked if he could select my prepaid wash option, and he told me he was not supposed to help customers with that. What made the interaction frustrating was that I had just watched him assist the vehicle directly in front of me at the kiosk. I completely understand if there is a policy limiting employee assistance, but policies should be applied consistently. The interaction left me feeling dismissed and was not the level of customer service I expected. I wanted to share the feedback so management is aware.

With the unlimited package for only $20 a month you can go once a day for a car wash. They even have a dedicated lane for members so you breeze right through. Their vacuums are great and they have several size nozzles so you can get in the small crevices to really get the inside of your car clean. They have people towel drying after you get out of the car wash which is a nice added touch. Everyone working here has always been friendly and it seems they stay open a little later than some of the other car washes. It's a great value for their monthly package and with daily washes my car looks pretty spiffy!

Instead of hitting the areas they know don't get washed well (tailgates), they just half heartedly spray the car off and the guy with the brush did single swipe of my tailgate but only across half the vehicle as it was rolling into the wash. Lazy, lazy, lazy! It's no ce to get home and have to clean my tailgate myself. Hope the owners know that people talk about that kind of service and with a better wash just around the corner, I won't be back.

Club members have a sticker on the windshield that gets scanned and we went right into the line. There wasn't much of a wait. It's a relatively quick wash. Two people pre-wash, and then two people dry. Vacuums worked well and had enough reach to get the job done. The car is looking much better now! Very disappointed! I drove here from La Jolla, CA for a family emergency and my BMW was dirty from…read morethe road trip on top of the fur from my Husky being everywhere. First, one of the vacuums didn't work so I had to wait for someone else to move so I could use their spot. Second, the wash was not the best. There were still dead bugs on my bumper and they half dried my car. I pulled into a parking lot down the road to see if they dried it but there was still water on the back. I also noticed dried water spots around the car once I arrived at my destination down the road. I usually get higher priced washes but I'm driving back within the week or next week so I want to save that for when I get back home to California. I'm use to drying my own car and though this was one of those places. It really frustrated me. Waste of my valuable time when I could have went somewhere else. Lesson learned.
