I couldn't believe it that she knew just by look and feel of my lower back that she knew that the left side was far worse than the right side. Dawn also found some very knotted spots in the middle of my back that I didn't know were there until she massaged them out. I got more than I expected when she applied cups to my back and found those tough spots that were inflamed. If you need relief from your pain, book a visit with Dawn. I'll be back. She is so kind and made me feel comfortable right away. Her pressure is amazing and definitely has a healing touch. She did deep tissue on me which I really needed, but I still felt so relaxed at the same time. Her prices are incredible, especially for how much she covers in one massage and how great she is! She added hot stones and did cupping on me which was unexpected and amazing Seriously she's incredible and you can tell she loves her work because she goes above and beyond for her clients. I highly recommended booking a massage with Stephanie and cannot wait for my next visit with her!!

Throughout the year, the following year and into 2025, my husband and I used some of them. As of September 2025, I had $110 left in certificates. These have NO Expiration date on them. (See pictures) I received an email (a mass email) notifying all recipients that The Salt Oasis was changing business owners. I tried calling multiple times multiple different days during business hours and couldn't get through to anyone. I sent an email on 09/24/25 asking if the 3 gift certificates that I still have left would be honored. I received a response via email the same day from the new owner telling me she didn't show anything in the computer system and she wanted to know the name of the purchaser and the date on them. I replied with a copy of the certificates. Radio silence. No response from her at all again. So on 10/08/25, I went in person with the gift certificates and I was told by the new owner that she would not honor them. She said the previous owner told her all gift certificates had been honored by the customers of the previous owner. Her response was the certificates are from 2023 but I'd like to point out again there is no expiration on them. I was not offered any compensation, not a 50 cents on the dollar offer, not an apology, nothing. This is $110! It would be different if this company had changed names but if I had not received the email, I would have never known at all. It would also be different if they had an expiration on them Poor business practice in my opinion especially for a place that I recommended to everyone and all who I know!
