Richard worked me in on short notice, and when I explained that I needed him to apply firm pressure during my massage, he did just that! He actually read my paper and paid attention to the places I said were causing me grief. He took the time to work through the multiple knots in my neck and back. I didn't tell him that I had been suffering from a migraine all day, but as he worked I felt the migraine leave. I will definitely go back, and I recommend Richard to anyone who likes a deeper tissue massage. Also, a plus is that he literally let me relax and didn't try to carry on conversation during the massage. plus, plus, the prices are great!

Not only could the tech not follow the tattoo line, she basically plucked all of my eyebrows!! I paid for waxing, not plucking!! So it hurt like hell and she still couldn't follow the tattoo outline!! She was heavy handed on the wax and failed to make it look clean. On top of that she was slow! A whole set of people came in and left twice by the time she was done! And it was incomplete! What a mess!! The ambience is nice but these ladies have no idea what their doing. Could get a better job in a Vietnamese nail shop! Or perhaps because I dropped in they gave me the newbie. Either way, horrible!!

Not like other laser hair removal places that do everything skin related, which isn't bad, but no dedication to permanent hair removal. Yes, they are a little bit more expensive but lifetime guarantee of permanent hair removal and lifetime touch ups if any hair grows back. One time price for a lifetime hair free living. The staff is very professional and listen to what I wanted. I can't say enough about the place. Unfortunately I am terribly with names, but I love the nurse that is doing my treatments. This place is also immaculate, very clean!
