Dr. Sam was very knowledgeable, she listened to my concerns and took her time to do a full assessment to come up with a plan of care. She used muscle release techniques along with her adjustment which helped me tremendously to be able to move my neck, free of pain. The therapist took time to ask plenty of questions and discussed the issues I was having. then went over the whole process so I would understand. The massage was relaxing and the therapist repeatedly asked if the pressure was to much or if i was in pain. Afterwards the therapist took time to discuss stretching and home therapy I could try to help with my issues between visits.
