They had the tractor/mower for more than a year, and did absolutely nothing with it. The mechanic plead injured knees, so I gave them more sufficient time...a big mistake. More than that, they actually took parts off of it, and never bothered putting them back. The top was removed and lost from the 48" mower deck. They left the top off of the lawnmower deck, the hood askew on the tractor, and left the side panel by the carburetor sitting loose...while they simply left the entire machine sitting outside in the elements, for more than a year. If I were you, I would think twice about mentioning them as a potential service center and/or sales outlet for your products. They are very bad news. Not only did they not repair it...they essentially ruined a decent tractor and mower deck.

They verbally stated that they would make good on the part they removed, and even mentioned they were going to do so to my alternate repair person, but that was a lie. When I went back there, they told me that I must have brought it in that way, and they were not responsible. I have to ask what would I gain by doing so? They simply took parts off my machine and used them on another machine. I certainly do not collect mower deck covers...and that is an utterly absurd statement. If I were you, I would avoid Waninks, as not only did they not repair it...they essentially ruined a decent tractor and mower deck...a top of the line Grande Sierra. I certainly won't ever go back there. It was an expensive lesson. Waninks simply cannot be trusted.

The clubhouse and amenities are great if you dock at Pike's Bay Marina…read more Attached is a photo of the pool and the beautiful scenery behind it. (Pretty sure it's heated! At least the temperature was perfect when we were using it.) Everything is clean and security is nice so you don't feel like anybody can just walk right in and use everything. At the clubhouse, there is a great area upstairs for hanging out and eating - a nice well-stocked kitchen - and everything you need to grill!
