She is such a…read morejoy to work with and made the entire day seamless (and even that is an understatement). During the months leading up to the wedding, we had a few check-ins with Suzette to see how planning was coming along. She provided a workbook that was so helpful in keeping us on track with our planning timeline and included things I never would have thought of to prepare. It made me feel much more at ease knowing that we were thinking through all the details, even the little ones, well ahead of time. About a week or two leading up to the wedding, Suzette started taking over coordination with the other vendors. She also made sure she was available for our venue walk through and rehearsal at the venue, which was extremely helpful! She provided great guidance on the day of timing, venue set up, ceremony flow and more. She is a true professional and extremely detail oriented. Though I provided Suzette with a general idea of what I was thinking for wedding decorations, I was also flexible with where things would go. Once we got on site on the wedding day, we were truly BLOWN AWAY. Suzette has an eye for design and the decorations and setup looked better than I could have ever imagined. Suzette and her husband Patrick had everything covered and made the entire venue look beautiful. Even though they don't normally do anything related to florals, we had all fake florals. Suzette was really open and flexible in taking on the set up of all the florals for us. Overall, I could not imagine doing our wedding day without Suzette. She was truly the main point of contact for all vendors on the wedding day and the days leading up to it. It allowed us to be fully present with our guests for the entire wedding weekend, which was invaluable. We also didn't have to ask any of our guests or family to help with anything, because she truly took care of it all. If anything went awry on the wedding day, I have no idea because Suzette handled it behind the scenes. She and her husband came and picked up all the boxes of decorations for set-up and packed everything up and delivered back to our hotel room in the evening, so we could go straight to our after party. Using Suzette as our day of coordinator was truly the best decision we made and I couldn't recommend her more!

She is always responsive and puts our minds at ease when it came to the big and leading up to it. Suzette makes a personal connection with you and honestly feels like a long-time friend. She'll be upfront with you and not mince words and take care of everything she absolutely can. I found Suzette through Instagram and began to look her up more online. I even contacted previous couples to make sure they were satisfied with her services and everyone I spoke to raved about her, so after our initial meeting we understood what everyone was talking about. We hired Suzette before the pandemic and even when COVID hit, she kept checking in on me and my fiance. When we approached her about wanting to find a DJ as we didn't know any we were impressed with, she immediately gave us the name of the best DJ. Suzette created a Google Drive for us with EVERY little detail we needed and she needed to make the day smooth. She even helped to chase down some vendors that started to ghost us and kept them on track with making sure it worked out. Suzette and her husband Patrick were amazing on the day of the wedding as well. She continuously fixed my dress the entire night and helped to keep me together when I got to the venue late! She and Patrick decorated the venue beautifully and went above and beyond in helping us, keeping us calm, and helping us have a great day! I've recommended Suzette several times already! BEST WEDDING COORDINATOR EVER!!…read more I will be honest and say that Juliette wasn't only my coordinator, she is my friend. There was never a doubt that I would hire her to coordinate my wedding, and it was the best decision I made while planning. Juliette made sure everything went exactly how I envisioned my wedding. She coordinated all my various vendors, covered for some of their errors, and made sure no one was any wiser. She was so easy to communicate with via text, phone, or email. A full two months before the wedding she was working out our wedding timeline with us via google doc. Her template made the whole crazy event seem manageable and organized, and allowed us to solidify the schedule of our wedding day quite precisely. Throughout the time leading up to our wedding, she helped us plan seating arrangements, procession order, and worked with our caterers (ArtQuest Catering) to organize their role within the schedule. Over a week before the wedding she sent us a to-the minute timeline of the day, and worked with us as we tweaked it right up until the day before. Despite being, as I mentioned, our day-of-coordinator, Ashley literally ran our rehearsal session the day before the wedding. She was on site before we arrived, took us through every step of the ceremony schedule, made sure everyone knew what they were responsible for, coached us our walking speed, asked pertinent questions, etc. On the day of the wedding, she seemed to be everywhere at once, managing what was a pretty complicated, orchestral event. We were not the easiest clients- our wedding was packed with a ton of tiny specific events, like surprise serenades, and a very short window for sunset photos, and a rock performance that included the bride and groom. Ashley was there through it all making sure we knew where we were headed next, that we were on time, and properly hydrated. Seriously, we were super stressed planning for this wedding, but on the day it happened everything went so smoothly and that was in large part to the care and precision and professionalism that Ashley brought to her work coordinating the day. Thanks for making our wedding day easy and worry-free and fabulous.

Best decision ever, was to hired Ashley Mayo and her team ! I email her about 50 times (not kidding LOL), and every time she was nicer, polite and her responses were always on time!. She made the planning process a lot easier because she is without a doubt a Subject matter expert when it comes to weddings. I met with her about 2-3 times, explained by vision of my dream wedding and she was super responsible providing timeline, suggestions, contacting vendors, coordinating set up with the venue a few weeks before the wedding, in other words making sure everything run perfect for the day off. BEST PART... I did not worry at all the Day Off the wedding! From the very beginning, Julie was upfront with us that she wouldn't be available on our wedding day, but that she would handle all the planning and have her lead coordinator, Yoly, there for the day of. On our wedding day, Yoly did a phenomenal job--she executed everything seamlessly and kept the entire event running right on time. We were especially grateful to the team for pivoting so smoothly and getting everyone on the same page when we had to make last-minute changes. Julie is extremely detail-oriented. We started working with her six months before the wedding, and she was always prompt in answering my many questions and helping me think through ideas. Even though we had already negotiated and finalized all of our vendors, we weren't entirely sure how everything would come together. Julie created a very detailed timeline, caught small gaps in our event rentals, and ensured everything stayed on track. When unexpected issues came up with our original rental company just five days before the wedding, we had to switch vendors and push the ceremony back by half an hour. Julie and her team handled the change with ease, keeping everything calm and organized. Thank you so much to both Julie and Yoly for helping make our day absolutely perfect. We didn't have to worry about a thing and could finally enjoy our day after almost a year of planning!

Julie was amicable, professional, attentive, and willing to get on calls with us throughout the covid ordeal. What we loved about Julie is that although there was a long period between our original date and new wedding date, she was extremely organized with the original notes from the venue, us, and any discussions we had with the vendors. Plus, she has excellent relationships and connections with the local vendors. Julie doesn't play around either! She tells it how it is and won't sugarcoat things for you. She will let you know if something is a good idea or not but will always side with what you want as a couple. The day of our wedding, we did not notice ANYTHING GO WRONG. If anything did happen, we weren't aware or she fixed it right away. She made the whole day flow flawlessly. I would HIGHLY recommend Julie as your wedding planner. We booked her for the month but honestly, the month service became almost a two year service commitment. She is reasonably priced for her years of expertise and you can't beat her price compared to other wedding planners that may offer less services in their packages. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND for booking her for the month of coordination service. I am a very hands on person so I loved planning my wedding but Julie was the icing on the cake I needed. That last month before your wedding, YOU WILL NEED HELP and of course, the day of your wedding. Our venue provided in-house event coordinators but Julie completed the team. Again, highly recommend Julie, from The Best Wedding For You in San Diego, CA for your wedding, whether it is for the month of coordination, month of coordination Plus, or a full service coordination. Oh and her husband is a DJ too!
