Someone picked up the phone and said, "Skon Chiropractic," and I said, "Dr. Skon, is that you?" and that person hung up. I called right back, and no one picked up the phone. They have caller ID because he's called me back before if he had a client and missed a call. Not sure what happened, but it left me not wanting to do business here anymore. We found my wife another chiropractor to go to, and she was okay, but had to wait a day because of this fiasco. I will not return, and it's sad to see a place that had so much potential treat their past clients like this.

Once I threw out my shoulder and had stim treatment with the tiny needles and it did the trick. This office is a lot nicer. He still takes new patients. Dr Z seemed hopeful & honestly I was not fully disappointed in her work on me. The part that left a huge bad taste in my mouth was the $$$ scamming! I was almost in shock. We had my 2nd appointment for "determination of findings" & my insurance info was given to them at the previous appointment. She must have not known I was aware of my plan with her approach. My insurance is expensive but it's a good plan with fixed co pays of $25. Her package was an attempt to collect for 24 which I have done packages in the past with previous Chiros but she was trying to tell me $900 for 24 sessions saying 1200 was the norm. I was puzzled & paused for a moment then asked if she had received my insurance? She had & she flipped to the next page where it said my $25 co pay fixed rate! Which would be $600 not $900! Um hello!? That is $300 more that you were just trying to get me to agree to! & I don't need to do any package if I truly wanted to just pay as I went at $25 a session! If you don't want to accept insurance please just do a favor for everyone & dont. There is no need to be so unprofessional. I tried to get over it but I could not bring myself to return. Luckily I found a new & honest Chiro that I am very happy with. He didn't even handle the $, his assistant did & right away the assistant knew my policy, no package talk & said "Wonderful $25 a visit!" Honesty is the best policy!

He has advanced training in 19 different modalities so he's able to help you no matter your injury. The biggest difference between Dr. Flikke and other chiropractors is this: He can help you with SOFT TISSUE INJURIES; whereas, most other chiros are mainly bone crackers. He's certified in Active Release and Graston Techniques: two things that really helped with my tight IT band. I wasn't able to run at all and after seeing him 3x, I was able to run 6 miles. You don't have to be an athlete to see him. If you're suffering from a shoulder injury or knee injury, etc. -- he CAN help you. I've sent many people his way and everyone feels better immediately!

The first visit consisted of x-rays and lots of paperwork and coming up with a game plan to tackle any car accident related injuries. I scheduled 3x's a week adjustments + 1x a week massage. At first I thought that was a lot of adjustments per week but I'm seeing and understanding the benefits of getting them very often as soon after the injury as possible. I would highly recommend Dr Tyler for anyone needing relief from back issues and or a recent injury or accident. They'll take great care of you and you can tell the patients love him and the staff. Other notes: - I love the fact that there's rarely a wait when you schedule your appointment. - James is a great masseuse! - You're given warmup exercises before the actual adjustments.

First you park in the parking lot and there's 3 reserved parking spots specifically for their patients. Then you enter through the back of the building that's not actually on the street side. I had walked all the way around but I wish this building had more signage on where things are as there are multiple businesses in the building.
