People in the house said they didn't know the person and this is the wrong address turned out to be her aunt and grandparents. Her car was parked in the driveway no less to make it even worse. They had my wrong name on the affidavit screwed up a court date tried to call and rectify. Everything wouldn't return my phone calls horrible experience he did admit that he had the wrong name on the affidavit, but he said he tried to deliver it and that was the wrong address which was wrong. It was the correct address and her car was sitting in the driveway. This place couldn't find water if it fell out of a boat. !

At least once or twice a week I have to pop into center city to pick up or drop things off and each time I go I am forced to either pay to park in a lot or park illegally as I run in and out. SInce I have been a tad lax about paying the $76 hydrant ticket acquired a few months ago in front of Franklin Fountain (see my review), the illegal parking is a really bad idea. If I have time in the morning, parking is only $3-$5 which is worth it. If I can't get there until the afternoon or evening there is no point in even trying the same lots I use in the morning because they are a minimum of $20. Today was one of those days when I didn't learn that there was stuff for me until the late afternoon. Enter TimeCycle Couriers. I have never done business with them before but their reviews are all raves so I decided to give them a shot. I dialed their number, gave them a pick up address and my drop off location. We agreed on payment terms. Done. 45 minutes later I had the items I needed in my hands. I can't think of any reason why I will ever go back to Center City again when I can have these guys bring it to me for about the same price as parking without the time lost and the hassle of vehicular care.

Their last known address was in Mayfair, more than a 30 minute drive away , and I don't have a car. I called PDQ and Al was amazing! He even called me when I didn't email him my document as fast as he thought I would. For a ridiculously reasonable price, Al printed my 2-page letter, drove it to my former client's home, and emailed me multiple photos of the front door and of him leaving the letter inside their screen door. He did all of this in less than 2 hours. I was beyond thrilled. I was super impressed with how quickly he responded and I could tell that he was used to having to talk to people to serve them documents. I also felt like I was priority to him, not like other couriers that tell you that you have to wait , and they need to think about, yadda yadda. Al was quick, professional and on point. Excellent service.
